So far I have not met anyone who is determined to achieve this goal. Sri Ramakrsna Paramahansa was one of the few yogis who got spiritually liberated. Read his biography and you may get an understanding what one has to do to follow him. Ramakrsna had no education at all. Until today he is remembered as one of the greatest yogis of all times. His life shows what can be achieved through a spiritual life done with sufficient intensity. Like his biography, Hermann Hesse’s “Siddhartha” and the various discourses of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (founder of Ananda Marga) on Bhakti Yoga created an urge in me to begin a ceaseless effort to become one with Brahma. Also reading the biographies of great saints and yogis contribute to the development of such an urge (Yogananda, Ramana Maharishi, Saint Francis, Theresa of Avila etc). It will be mostly such personalities who will pioneer and lead humanity in the coming centuries. Move! Become one of them. Use the unique chance and do something great with your life God regularly gives people chances. One has to be wise enough to understand them. In the 1930ies Paramahansa Yogananda came to a visit in Germany. One reason was to initiate the catholic nun Therese of Konnersreuth into meditation. Both of them got spiritual liberation. Another reason was to try to come in contact with Adolf Hitler, the Nazi leader. Hitler refused to meet Yogananda. Meeting Yogananda Hitler would have realized that his dark path is entirely wrong. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti commented on Hitler that today he would not commit such mistakes. The present Russian leadership received my texts and a number of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti’s books as electronic version. They got a chance too to avoid the mistake to start the Ukraine war. Those who lead an intensive spiritual life her on Earth live in a kind of individual spiritual bubble. On the level of the atimanas kosa all human beings and all other living beings are connected. The 3 levels of the causal mind are one with the respective level of the Cosmic Mind. The level of the Cosmic Mind regarding the atimanas kosa is called Maharloka. Telepathic communication for example happens through the Maharloka. The second level of the causal mind, the vijinanamaya kosa is part of the Janarloka of the Cosmic Mind. There is something called “Regression Therapy” where people are experiencing events of one or more of their past lives. This often helps them to overcome emotional problems and see their situation clearer. The therapists and many other spiritual people believe in a so-called “Akashic Record” where the information about the previous lives of everyone gets stored. This understanding is very vague. Reality is that the information of our previous lives are stored in the vijinanamaya kosa in a form that is unreadable for us. When one perceives events of a past life God takes the information from the vijinanamaya kosa and gives it a form that we can perceive(in atimanas kosa). From there it enters into the manomaya kosa where we experience visions, sounds etc. of a past incarnation. A person practically never sees past incarnations of the other sex or as animal as this would create severe emotional problems for us. This collective energetic field (atimanas level) has a very worldly vibration at the moment as 90% of the present human population is non-spiritual. Everyone should be aware that we are under the influence of this. It is an effort to escape from this crude influence and become more spiritual. As I have mentioned in one of my writings before at a certain point in the near future this will change. When about 100.000 persons perform regular tantric meditation Saguna Brahma (God) will change the collective mental vibration and significantly increase the number of siddha microvita on the level of the atimanas kosa. Then it will become much easier for all somewhat reasonable people to lead a spiritual life. Until then it is on the present spiritualists to intensify their spiritual life and to encourage others to do the same. The intensity of our spiritual efforts has an impact on the collective spiritual vibration. Ista-cakra, Ista-mantra, siddha-mantra, siddha-microvita, vidyadhara microvita, sound-microvita. The 3 mantras OM-PHAT, AOM-PHAT and THAM-TAT are new on Earth. Together with the HAM-SO mantra they are the most powerful tantric mantras in the universe. Baba once gave a tiny discourse named “The Phat Mantra”. Phat by itself is not a mantra. Baba gave this discourse to indicate that phat is part of two of the above mantras. These four mantras together with other less effective tantric mantras are being practised on some of the spiritual planets in the universe. The other spiritual planets are similar to what happens here on Earth in its innumerable spiritual groups and organizations. Guru cakra and the 9th cakra in the middle of the forehead are not known because they are usually undeveloped (diameter 1.7mm) and because few sadhakas attained spiritual liberation on Earth. Correctly applied this is the most efficient system of spiritual practice that exists. Example: everyone has a cerebral and a non-cerebral memory. Human beings who develop dementia have an undeveloped non-cerebral memory. Practising 30 to 60 minutes of Ananda Marga kiirtan per day he/she will start to develop the non-cerebral memory and the disease “dementia” will significantly improve or entirely disappear. Guaranteed! Since 2009 my live has been a mixture of star wars, ghost busters , James Bond and Indiana Jones. However, as I am convinced that not everyone believes what I say I will not write much more about this. Our local galactic administration consists of 6 planets with a human civilization: three have space ship technology, two of these belong to the dark side, one is a spiritual planet. Then there is one planet on a Medieval level, and one is in stone age; the last one is planet Earth. In 2009 I had a visitor from one of the 2 dark planets who came to Madhu Karuna in luminous form (out of his physical body) with the instruction to try to kill me. He was not entirely bad and realized that it is not good to kill me. We had a short conversation. On his planet the official ruler is an emperor (a mere puppet). The mental vibration there is so crude that the negative luminous worlds are partly above the surface of the planet. Here on Earth this was also the situation until Christianity started to expand. Carol Zaleski mentions this in her book “Otherworld Journeys”. The concept of GOD had started to enter the mind of more and more people. This made the collective mental vibration more subtle. We should not think that our ancestors were entirely stupid: the gods and goddesses of Greek and Germanic mythologies were partly real experiences. Read the Greek author Homer. God regularly put technicians from other solar systems into a particular racist underworld that came into existence about 10500 years ago (end of the last ice age). Some of them were Zeus, Apollo or Thor and Odin. These “Gods and Goddesses” had some influence on the development of the human society. That the Mongolian race is originally from Mars I have from the German book “Der Untergang des Planeten Mallona”, author Leopold Engel (clairvoyant), the author describes life on the planet (medieval, very hot climate),but he did not perceive that he had visions from life on Mars from 10500 years ago. He thought it is the planet that once existed between Mars and Jupiter (asteroid belt). Those days Mars and Earth were under the influence of the civilization of another solar system. The time for this information hadn’t come. That Brahma uses energy balls far bigger than planet Jupiter I have from the book of a clairvoyant who had many out-of-body experiences. That the Nazis got the jet propulsion technology from the negative world of the beyond that I mention above is also from the book of a clairvoyant. While he wrote the book this clairvoyant was in contact with the siddha devayoni (Ascended Master) Saint Germain, one of the most important helpers of God during the last 300 years. One of the two had the vision about this technology transfer. Both clairvoyants are still alive. I will not mention their names as I don’t want them to get into troubles. Daily asanas practice is important. The body and the mind are more relaxed and it is easier for the kundalini energies to move upward. You have to forgive me that lack of good form and beauty of my texts. At the moment I am part of a magical war that takes place. This makes it impossible to be better. Lahiri Mahasaya came after the death of his physical body to the medieval planet that I mention above. There has been a similar war happening. The two dark planets with spaceship technology illegally influenced the neighboring planets (with the exception of the spiritual planet); this included influence on the worlds of the beyond. A truly tantric mantra always has a meaning that relates the individual with GOD. Like HAM-SO means “I am HE, THAM-TAT has the same meaning. God did not tell me the meaning of the other two mantras. I guess the meaning is “Only HE”. As I have mentioned in one of my other texts, samadhi with Om-Phat and Aom-Phat a person gets only once then he/she is spiritually liberated (the soul looses its mind and becomes one with the Infinite Soul of God. Om-Phat must only be used on the Sahasrara Cakra. It is too powerful for the cakras below. With Ham-So and Tham-Tat one can also get spiritual liberation but usually a person experiences temporary samadhi. Tham is the main root of the Ajina Cakra, ksa and ha are the acoustic roots of the two vrittis of the cakra (worldly and spiritual knowledge). Vidyadhara Microvita control this cakra. The fifth cakra is controlled by microvita that are the base of sound. I. This meditation is to be done on the 5th cakra which is at the topmost point of the spine. Concentrate there and repeat the “ham-so” mantra. It is pronounced like the English word “hung “(to hang) and like the “so” in the English word “solemn”. While inhaling think the syllable “ham” and while exhaling the syllable “so”. The mantra is from the Sanskrit language and means “I am He”. Our unit self (the soul) is (for most people invisible) one with the infinite soul of God. II. This meditation is to be done on the 6th cakra which is between the eyebrows. Concentrate there and repeat the “tham-tat” mantra. The “tham” is also pronounced like the English word “hung” (thung) and the “a” in“tat” like the English word “tug”. The meaning of the two mantras is the same . III. This meditation is to be done on the tiny 7th cakra at the top of the forehead. Concentrate there and repeat the “aom-phat” mantra. The “a” in both syllables like the “a” in “tug”, the “om” like in the English word “bomb”, the “ph” like “f”. The meaning is “only He”. Inhaling “aom”, exhaling “phat”. IV. This meditation is to be done on the center of the crown (sahasrara)cakra. Concentrate there and repeat the “om-phat” mantra. The meaning is also “only he”. The mantra is too powerful to be used on another cakra. If one uses it on other cakras one harms the physical body. V.-VII. It is easier to meditate with these 3 mantras: Shi-va; Krish-na; Brah-ma; however, they are less powerful and effective than the above ones. Concentrate on the 5th or the 6th cakra. They are for people who meditate little or irregularly, or for beginners. The vowel “i” in Shi-va is pronounced like in the English word “jeep”; the “i” in Krish-na like in “fish”; all “a” vowels like in “tug”. If you have enough concentration and energy try to think of God during your meditation. You make one step towards God He will make several steps towards you. God lives in state of permanent supreme bliss. For the creation of the universe He has to use a force (prakrti in Sanskrit) that has a partly static(negative) nature. This means that God was only capable to create a universe as it is or a similar one. The alternative would be no creation at all. This is the only limitation of God. A good mantra consists of so-called acoustic roots. The whole creation is related to such acoustic roots. The first sound of creation is the famous “OM”. The efficiency of the first four meditations is related to the fact that the first syllable of each mantra is the main acoustic root of the respective cakra. “Ham” is the main acoustic root of the fifth cakra, “tham” of the sixth cakra, “aom” of the guru cakra (top of forehead)and “om” of the sahasrara (crown) cakra. With the help of the two acoustic roots of each mantra one positively influences the mental particles that dominate the respective cakra. Tantra is 90% practice (Shrii Shrii Anandamurti). Once one has experienced the blissful cosmic level beyond time and space one knows that this is the final destination. Thinking of GOD, singing the name of GOD, meditating on GOD always improves the siddha microvita situation of one’s mind and in the environment. Doing this with the help of Sanskrit mantras is energetically more efficient (acoustic roots). When one practices the tantric meditation system basically the following happens: the samskaras (the karmic reactions from our past lives) that are being stored in the vijinanamaya kosa ( Shrii Shrii Anandamurti mentions this in the discourse “The Base and the Relative Truth” in Subhasita Samgraha I) are being put by Brahma into the Ista cakra during the process of meditation. With the help of the mantras and the other parts of the 6 meditation lessons they are systematically getting “burnt”, i.e. negative microvita are being replaced by spiritual microvita. Systematically done the sadhaka develops more and more peace of mind, true discrimination (right or wrong, good or bad, important or unimportant). In the course of this development he finally succeeds to avoid creating new karma (2nd lesson) until his vijinanamaya kosa has become pure and he/she achieves spiritual liberation. Microvita and acoustic roots are like the two sides of a piece of paper. In Ananda Nagar is the so-called Nava Cakra cave. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti once revealed its existence to some acaryas. At the time of Shiva (about 7000 years ago) it was the home and meditation place of a fully realized yogi who had the 9th cakra and made the drawings of our subtle main energy centres. There were always yogis (mostly in the Himalayas) who knew the four main tantric mantras; however, they were not allowed to tell them to others. This has changed now. It is time to let every interested human being know about this tantric meditation system so that the predicted spiritual age will come into existence. The first lesson of Ananda Marga, to be practised two times a day or more, minimum 30 minutes, no time limit:First phase: the sadhaka (Sadhaka is a Sanskrit term which describes someone who follows a certain sadhana, a spiritual practice or way of life, with the aim of achieving a certain goal. The term can be translated as meaning "spiritually adept“.) imagines the vast blue sky that is above him/her. This phase should last about 10 minutes. Second phase: the sadhaka imagines a small point of light that enters the big toe of the right foot and moves up inside the leg up-to the bottom of the spine, the same happens with the left foot/leg. The point of light then moves up the spine to the crown of the head. From there it jumps to one of the higher cakras (see above). This phase also lasts 10 minutes. Third phase: Now one of the mantras above gets (mentally) repeated and the sadhaka imagines that this point of light becomes one with the mind of God. No time limit for this third phase. At a certain point of one‘s spiritual development it is possible to compress one‘s mind into a tiny point of light, leave the body through one of the higher cakras and experience oneness with God. Half an hour or one hour kiirtan plus regular meditation helps much to become a better human being. In Ananda Marga the meditation lessons get taught incorrectly as the present generation of Ananda Marga acaryas (meditation teacher) has little experience with the transcendental side of life. Two possible mantras (one needs only one of the two): “Tade Tat” and “Sarvang Hyetad Brahma”; meaning: Everything is Brahma. Before each major action one uses the mantra and imagines that the Infinite Omnipresent Brahma is the real doer of the action. Check the internet for correct pronunciation of Sanskrit mantras. Ainga and Shiama. These two Transcendental Meditation mantras function. The other TM mantras need to be thoroughly tested or don't function. To be practised two times a day 20-30 minutes; for beginners or people who lack concentration. People with serious mental, emotional problems are not capable to practise meditation. They will have to sing 30-60 minutes of Ananda Marga kiirtan per day until their mind is sufficiently balanced (YouTube, it is much easier to sing kiirtan accompanied by music). They all contain valuable information on spiritual practice and theory. “Acoustic Roots” (Discourse, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, Taipei 25 August 1979) Do you know what a saying is? It is a collection of words. And what is a word? A collection of syllables. And what is a syllable? A collection of letters. And what is a letter? A [sound having a] particular wavelength, or a particular acoustic expression. Everything comes out of the Supreme Entity, so many waves of light, sound, so many waves of tactual vibration… Ssh! – hot! Tssh! – very cold! These are all tactual variations having different wavelengths. Similarly, the acoustic wave, which means the expression of sound, also comes from the very source, from the very nucleus, from the very controlling point of the universe – who, we say, is Parama Puruśa. Sounds are innumerable. Say, the English letter “a”. In the English language this sound “a” has twenty-two types of pronunciation. A-N-T, “ant”. But E-L-E-P-H-A-N-T “eleph-ent”, not “eleph-ant”. Here, A-N-T is not “ant” but “ent”. The same A-N-T will be pronounced ant [“ahn”] in French, elephant [“elephahn”]. The same vowel or same consonant may have so many sounds. Even in the case of the pictorial expression of sound, a particular figure may be pronounced in a particular way in Mandarin, in a particular way in Shanghailese, in a particular way in Cantonese, in a particular way in North Japan, in a particular way in South Japan. So many expressions, innumerable expressions, of human vocality. “Acoustic” means “pertaining to –” – what? The Latin term for “concerning sound” is “acoustic”, and for “concerning ear”, “auricular”; “concerning eye”, “ocular”; “concerning seeing”, “optical”. All these are Latin words. These many expressions are all sacred. All sounds are sacred, no sound can be bad, because all come from that Entity. All human expressions are certainly sacred. All languages are certainly sacred. That is why I pay respect, I pay reverence, to all languages of the world. All have the same dignity. Now if we try to bring those expressions – so many expressions – together, it will be beyond human capacity, but we may try. And as a result of human endeavour, those expressions have been brought within the range of fifty main sounds. Those fifty main sounds are controlled by fifty main glands and sub-glands of the human body. In the morning span I was saying something regarding the pancreas. There are ten sub-glands; each and every sub-gland has a particular sound. Amongst the fifty sounds, ten are controlled by the pancreas – d́a, d́ha, ńa, ta, tha, da, dha, na, pa, and pha. Each and every sound has something to do with the physical world and with the mental world. These ten sounds control ten propensities of the human mind – shyness, fear, etc. Suppose all those sounds are expressed at one time. What will happen? Suppose you go to a market. Somebody will say, “What’s the rate of potato?” Somebody else will say, “What’s the rate of brinjal [eggplant]? What’s the rate of meat?” – like this. And the shopkeeper will say, “I want this much;” and the customer will say, “No, no, no, I won’t give more than that.” So many sounds. But if you go, say, about one hundred yards from the market, what will be the sound? Something like “hawawawawa”. All the sounds together will create a peculiar collective sound, is it not a fact? Will you hear “potato” or “beans” or “cauliflower” from a distance? No, you hear the collective sound “hawawawawa”. Is it not a fact? Similarly, all those sounds, innumerable sounds, brought under the broad category of fifty, will create a collective sound in the universe. That collective sound is aum, A-U-M. Now listen to these three sounds of aum: a, u, ma. They represent the creation, the retention [or preservation], and the destruction. The first sound, a, represents creation; the second sound, u, represents retention; the third sound, ma, represents destruction. So all those innumerable sounds, all those fifty sounds, are represented by these supreme sounds, a, u and ma; and collectively a-u-ma becomes aum. For each and every action there is a supporting sound in this universe. That supporting sound is called the acoustic root of that action. You are moving. The sound khat́-khat́-khat́-khat́ is created. That sound, khat́-khat́-khat́, is the acoustic root of the action of moving. You are laughing. The sound há-há-há-há is created. The sound há-há-há is the acoustic root of the action of laughing. Each and every action has its acoustic root. The portion of the tree that remains under the earth is the root; the acoustic root is the sound which may be treated as the rudimental portion of an action. The Latin adjective of “root” is “rudimental”. For each and every action of this world there is an acoustic root. You see, tantra. The root tan means “to expand”, and tra means “liberator”. The science that liberates you from all bondages, physical, mental and spiritual, is Tantra. Tan means “expansion” and tra means “liberator”. The science that expands your mind and spirit and thus liberates you is Tantra. The metamorphosed form of tantra about seven thousand years ago became taota. The Sanskrit dhyána became c’han [in Chinese], c’han became chen [in Korean], chen became zen [in Japanese]. It is a very interesting science. Now, tantra became taota; taota after further distortion, further metamorphosis, became taoa – in modern language [Chinese], tao. Taoism, don’t you know? Its root is tantra. Do you relish this topic? Do you like what I am saying? But I must be paid for it! [Everybody laughs.] So then for all the universe, the acoustic side is aum – A-U-M. It includes all the spheres of work also. It is the collective sound of all the work of the universe. The earth moves around the sun; certainly a sound is created. It may or may not be audible to you, you may or may not hear it, but certainly a sound is created. The moon moves around the [earth]; certainly waves are created, and certainly due to those waves, sounds are also created. It may or may not be audible to you. Everywhere there is sound. If you move stealthily, as the cat moves while catching a mouse, even then there is sound. Everywhere there is wave; everywhere there is light also. That light may or may not be visible to you. In the night you cannot see, but owls can see, moles can see – Moles, you know? Rat-like creatures of small size… for example, “to make a mountain out of a molehill”. Moles can see in the night. Owls can see in the night. Bats can see in the night. The bat is not a bird, it is a mammal. It lays no eggs; it is a mammal. It can see in the night, so there is light. Aum is the collection of all sounds, so within the scope of aum come all the activities of the world. For each and every work there is sound; aum is the collection of all sounds. So within the scope of aum comes all the work of the world. Aum represents the mundane expression of Parama Puruśa; aum represents the worldly expression of Parama Puruśa. In each and every human being there is sleeping divinity, divinity in latent form, divinity in dormant form. When that sleeping divinity is aroused, stops sleeping, is in a wakeful stage, what happens? A person will acquire immense power. He or she may become omniscient, all-knowing – will know everything, without going through any book, without going to any library – will know everything of this universe, because that person will be one with Parama Puruśa. The person is Parama Puruśa, because the sleeping divinity has been aroused. The sleeping divinity in the human body lies in the lowermost portion of your backbone. That lowermost bone is called kula in Sanskrit. That sleeping divinity is called kulakuńd́alinii. Kuńd́alinii means “in coiled form”. It is sleeping, and when it is aroused, is elevated, by dint of your sádhaná, by dint of your dhyána, c’han, chen, zen, it will go upwards. When it comes up, that is, touches the controlling point of the pineal gland, one will become one with Parama Puruśa. One will become Parama Puruśa. Now the spot, the kula, where divinity is in sleeping form, is found in each and every human being. When by Tantra and yoga it is aroused and brought upwards by applying a special force, that special force is called diipanii. Raising it, elevating it, it finally becomes one with Parama Puruśa when it comes here [crown of the head]. Now the seat where the kula is, the seat where the kulakuńd́alinii is, has got existence, and wherever there is any action or there is any existence, there is acoustic root. There is a sound for it. (Because of your presence, air, light, everything – every expression’s flow – is barred, the flow is checked. You are standing here; air comes; because of your existence, it will refract or reflect; so your existence also has got a certain sound.) The existence of the seat of that kula, where that kulakuńd́alinii, that coiled serpent, sleeps, also has an acoustic root, and there is a certain psychic place allotted for it. That psychic spot is called in old Sanskrit mańipadma, or mahámańipadma, or munipadmá or mahámunipadmá. (Mahámuni is a name of Lord Buddha. Mahámuni means “great sage”.) So, “Using aum, I remember Parama Puruśa; and mańipadma is the seat of that coiled serpentine, that sleeping divinity, in the human body. I remember that entity also.”(1) There are so many sounds. Each and every thing has got some sound. Suppose you want to learn. A particular vibration is created, “I want to learn, I want to learn.” A vibration is created. The meaning of the vibration is, “I want to learn.” The vibration of this desire is a mental flow. “I want to do something.” “I want to eat jackfruit.” “I want to eat – ” – what? “Passion fruit.” [laughter] There are several different flows. “I want to eat mango” and “I want to eat pineapple” are not the same flow. In the case of “mango” there is a picture of a mango in your mind. In the case of “pineapple” there is another picture in your mind, a picture of a pineapple with small thorns. In “mango” there are no thorns. You prepare different pictures in your mind, so the waves will also be different. You want to fight against so many weaknesses. The human mind has so many weaknesses. The doctor says, “You see, you are suffering from liver disease, you must not take oil. You must not take butter.” It is human weakness. There are so many human weaknesses. “Bábá(2) says I should fast on Ekádashii day, so I am fasting on Ekádashii and secretly taking chocolate.” Bábá knows this, but Bábá won’t say anything. Simply, when you come before Bábá during P.C., then in Personal Contact Bábá will say, “O my little boy, can you explain to me what’s the actual taste of chocolate?” And if that person has intellect he will understand. Do you follow everything? [Laughter. One Márgii, in particular, becomes red-faced.] According to mental desire, there are acoustic roots, there are sounds. Each and every man has certain weaknesses; one is always moving after name, one is always moving after fame, or after money, always money so many weaknesses. One wants to fight against internal and external enemies. You have enemies in your mind, you have enemies outside your mind. There are so many depraving forces, they are all your enemies. When you want to fight against the mind, a particular flow is created in your mind, a particular flow. The acoustic root of that flow is hummm. [Makes fighting gesture.] The hummm sound is created. The hummm sound is the acoustic root of fight. When you are to raise your sleeping divinity, elevate the sleeping divinity from the lowermost bone of your body, the mańipadma, the lowermost seat, you will also fight against so many adversities and pass through the entire cord, the entire backbone of your body. After so many fights, you will be able to elevate the sleeping divinity in your body to the status, or to the stance, of Parama Puruśa. Parama Puruśa touches the human body through this point [crown of the head]. It is called Brahmarandhra. Brahma means Parama Puruśa and randhra means “cord”, the cord through which Parama Puruśa touches the body. It is the pineal gland controlling all fifty – that is, fifty times two times ten – one thousand – propensities. One thousand propensities of the human mind are controlled by this pineal gland. By the pituitary gland only the conscious, subconscious and unconscious portions of your mind [are controlled]. Now, just to raise the coiled serpentine, your sleeping divinity, you have to fight against many fetters, so many fetters of animality, so there is a fight, and this should be represented by the sound hummm. So the old Maháyániis used this incantation, Oṋḿ mańipadme hummm. Now it is clear. I think perhaps the monks do not know, though they should know, the inner meaning of what they say. BABA AS TARAKA BRAHMA Hardly anyone is aware of the fact that Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar has been Taraka Brahma only from 1955. In the time before P.R. Sarkar was a spiritually highly developed human being who incarnated on Earth for his last life. When P.R. Sarkar was a little boy Shiva appeared to him several times in night dreams. God does not appear to Himself! Before 1955 P.R. Sarkar practised palmistry, used a crystal ball to perceive distant places, past and future. The young P.R. Sarkar needed other people to learn languages. In his early years there were some days when he would here the question “Who are you?” This made him realize that he is Atman and not the mind. The people who knew P.R. Sarkar before 1955 clearly stated the complete change of personality in 1955; i.e. that it is not Prabhat Ranjan who is in his body but someone else. In the months before 1955 P.R. Sarkar used to fall into samadhi and often expressed the desire to get final samadhi and not come back. The Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar after May 1955 never fell into samadhi. HE was in the state of supreme bliss permanently. In “Namah Shivaya Shantaya” Baba states that Shiva was omniscient from birth. He would not have done this if there was no second possibility: that a human being gets spiritual liberation and that Saguna Brahma uses the person’s body to act as Taraka Brahma. Krsna, in the first half of life, was a human being too. He finally also experienced spiritual liberation. Can you really imagine Taraka Brahma playing flute and entertaining gopis? There is no difference between the minds of Saguna Brahma and Taraka Brahma. There are no two GODS. The present generation of Ananda Margiis depends on physical form in order to have an understanding of GOD. The Christians of the past put Jesus above GOD as an entity without form was beyond their understanding too. A sadhaka should make a systematic effort to perceive Paramatman and as an automatic consequence in case of success perceive oneself as Atman and realize that one is not the mind. Many years ago, when I had only five lessons the following happened one day: I had just completed the fifth lesson. God kept me in siddhasana position for a few seconds. And I understood that I should continue meditation in this position and try to perceive GOD. This has been one of my most important meditations since then. If you practise it for more than one hour per day your need for sleep gets significantly reduced. Whenever Taraka Brahma is on a planet to improve its spiritual conditions HE acts relatively invisible as He does not want the non-spiritual human beings to become aware of HIS presence. That Baba has been on Earth will soon be known to the whole population of Earth. Some Points on Meditation It is very difficult to get a “beyond time” experience during meditation as long as a person is under the influence of the vrittis of the first five cakras (see book “Yoga Psychology”). Some years ago, I had done about two hours of meditation and was relatively exhausted, without much concentration. I decided to continue in siddhasana focussing my mind on the centre of the sahasrara cakra. That moment GOD showed me to visualize a tiny point of light in the sahasrara’s centre and continue with my meditation. After 15 minutes or so I started to perceive how it is to be beyond time, one of the most fantastic experiences I ever had. I did this meditation for about one hour. At the end of the meditation I realized that my “emotional setup” was in disorder. It took me an hour of kiirtan to get back to a balanced state. The future meditations on the centre of the sahasrara cakra had the same experience. I felt a little bit beyond time, but I always had to correct my emotions by singing “Baba Nam Kevalam” as long as I had practised this sahasrara cakra meditation. Other meditations I received similarly. The two OM-Ista Mantras I got from Parama Purusha after I had understood the system of main acoustic roots of the major cakras. “OM” is the first sound of creation. At the same time it is the main acoustic root of the Siddha Microvitum. Siddha Microvita are the base of the mind of Saguna Brahma. The more intense a person’s spiritual life is the more Siddha Microvita are present in the unit mind. The present Covid virus variant has the solution for the removal from the human system in its name: “Omicron”. Sufficient creation of Siddha Microvita through a life with much Kiirtan and meditation doesn’t allow the corona virus to exist in our body. The moment such viruses enter the body the moment they get destroyed. Much more difficult it is for someone with a moderate or no spiritual life to remove the corona viruses as their number has increased drastically. One can only guess how much Kiirtan is needed for a cure. To emphasize the importance of Kiirtan Baba once said that if a person has only half an hour per day for spiritual practice he/she should do 20 minutes of Kiirtan and 10 minutes of meditation. In general it can be said singing the name of GOD always adds siddha microvita to the human system. Singing Sanskrit mantras is more efficient as this language is based on acoustic roots. In the internet I came across someone telling that he succeeded to remove the corona virus by singing “Om Namah Shivaya”. Once I read the story that during the time of Stalin a group of Christian nuns was brought to a hill outside of a Siberian prison (in winter) to spend their night there. Everyone thought they would certainly freeze to death. After some time the nuns started to sing Christian songs. They sang the whole night and survived healthily. It is easier to do much kiirtan if one sits, eyes closed, hands and legs crossed, and listens to kiirtan from CD or the internet. Most of my daily four to five hours kiirtan I do like this.

SPIRITUAL LIBERATION

The texts on this website contain the most detailed description on Earth how to achieve spiritual liberation, i.e. how to free oneself from the cycle of reincarnation and become one with the Infinite Brahma (the Nirvana of Buddhism). This is a state of Supreme Bliss as Brahma is beyond the influence of Prakriti and its Gunas (Sattva, Rajo and Tamoguna), beyond time and space. It may be difficult for most readers to imagine how there can be such blissful, supreme happiness without any object. A person has to experience this state in meditation. Once this has happened one will smile about the comparatively insignificant enjoyments of worldly life. The more people try to reach the state of temporary (Savikalpa and Nirvikalpa Samadhis) and final Oneness with Brahma the more subtle and spiritual the collective vibration on our planet will become. Please take part in the endeavour to create the predicted spiritual society and inform as many other people as possible about this chance.

Lack of Spirituality and World Politics

The Ukraine war has consequences of which the politicians of our world are not really aware. Ukraine is badly destroyed. Due to the increased prices of raw materials (oil, gas), the poorer countries of our planet are hardly or not at all able to supply themselves with fossil fuels. As a result, the famine that exists in poor countries has increased considerably. The fact that Russia and Ukraine are among the main suppliers of wheat, maize and other agricultural products makes the situation even worse. Immense sums of money go into equipping Ukraine with weapons, ammunition and other material goods. In addition, huge costs are incurred in housing and caring for the 14-15 million Ukrainian refugees. This is part of the consequences that the war has caused so far. If it continues decisively longer, the total costs will be several times higher than the costs so far. Russia has announced for months without words (through the 100,000-man army across the Ukrainian border, what would happen if certain Russian demands were not met (Ukraine not a member of NATO, no NATO troops along the Russian border). In the West, this has been more or less ignored. For weeks now, Russian politicians have been warning that the war would escalate to nuclear if Ukraine were to be upgraded with modern Western war equipment. Apart from warnings to Russia that such a thing would have serious consequences, there has been no change in Western strategy. The West also seems to want to arm Ukraine with heavy offensive weapons. Russia has its back to the wall. More severe consequences than before (sanctions, Russia's exclusion from international payment systems, freezing of foreign Russian assets and others) are hardly possible any-more. Therefore, it will make no difference to the Russian government to destroy the most important Ukrainian cities by nuclear means. The prestige and power thinking of President Putin and his government will not allow them to lose this war. They would lose face. Therefore, the nuclear option is the logical continuation of a Ukrainian build-up of heavy offensive weapons. If Western politicians were spiritual, they would have approached Russia and met its conditions. Ukraine, like Finland and Sweden, would be a militarily neutral country and a member of the European Union at some point in the future. NATO would have withdrawn its troops along the Russian border; then there would have been no war with brutal consequences for the whole planet. A spiritually evolved person sees war as the absolute last option of political action. For such a person, all living beings are of equal importance. His love embraces his worst enemies to the same extent as his best friends. That is why he is a vegetarian and takes care that the other fellow inhabitants of his planet do not suffer because of his way of life. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti's lectures in the book "Neo-Humanism, the Liberation of the Intellect" are of enormous importance for overcoming too narrowly defined social ideas. Some famous personalities of the past were highly spiritual but avoided letting their fellow human beings know it. Albert Einstein ordered that part of his writings not be published until 20 years after his death ("Man is a part of the whole we call the universe, a part limited in space and time. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as separate from everything else - a kind of optical illusion of consciousness. This illusion is a kind of prison for us, confining us to our own preferences and to affection for a few close to us. Our aim must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the horizon of our compassion until it embraces all living beings and all nature in all its beauty." Albert Einstein ,1879 - 1955). The German writer Johann Wolfgang Goethe (1749-1832) revealed in the last years of his life that his most important works were written with the help of writers from the beyond. Max Seiling: Goethe als Esoteriker, Silberschnur-Verlag. The author of the famous "Sherlock Holmes" novels, Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) was intensively involved with the afterlife, spiritual mediums and spirituality. State of US democracy: the US democracy is one of the worst in the western world. The dependence on one person (presidential democracy is dangerous. Donald Trump's presidency can be cited as an example. Parliamentary democracy is much better. The senators from small states like Vermont have the same power as the senators from California or Texas. When Donald Trump was elected president, he received 3 million fewer votes than his opponent Hillary Clinton (a good electoral system?). The US is a 2 party dictatorship. The electoral laws are such that it is impossible for other parties to gain seats in Congress. A fair electoral system should accurately reflect the will of the voters. If a party receives sufficient voter support nationwide, it should enter the national parliament with 4 or 5 per cent of the vote. The so-called free press of the West: much of it is privately owned. It is naïve to believe that the owners of these media do not influence the content of publications. Hardly anyone is aware of the fact that the US military would be much smaller without the dollar as the de facto world currency. The US economy is decisively weaker compared to the economic power of the European Union. Looking at the state of the armament, the opposite seems to be the case. Compared to the US fleet and air force, what Western Europe can muster is mediocre. "Let me control a country's currency and I'll control its politics." One should avoid at all costs that because of one country half the planet or in extreme cases (nuclear escalation) the whole planet suffers. Spiritual politics: in Afghanistan the female half of the population now lives enslaved in a kind of hell (burqa among other things). The West should have continued to be militarily present in 2 or 3 provinces, as a home for all democratic and human rights oriented people. Probably even the Taliban would have accepted such a solution.

TO THE UKRAINIAN MARGIIS: The war and its possible consequences. With much Western (NATO) support the Ukraine is at war with a nuclear superpower. As long as Russia is of the opinion that it can wage its war based on conventional weapons the situation will continue the way it is. The moment Putin and his government think that they will loose the war or don’t achieve their goal in time we will see the situation escalating into a nuclear war. Leading Russian politicians have already warned the West that if the intense support of the Ukraine continues nuclear weapons will be used in order to change course of the war. They did not say this if they had no intention to do it. As a first step and a warning they will throw a nuclear bomb on the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, and perhaps on a second city (Lviv, Odessa). Have a look what happened to the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. In the present situation this is an acute danger. It may happen at any time. Kiev and the other big Ukrainian cities in the West are at the moment the most unsafe places on our planet. Consider to move to the countryside or to the West! One can be sure that there are already Russian submarines near the US coasts and the coasts of the main European countries. Russia has enough nuclear warheads to destroy our planet several times. DEFECTS OF TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION AND ANANDA MARGA MEDITATION LESSONS

If spirituality and transcendence are just another religion, that one believes in, can only be found out through regular spiritual practice. Defects of Transcendental Meditation and Ananda Marga meditation lessons Until recently I had only practised two of the 16 Transcendental Meditation mantras (ainga and shiama). Both have a very positive effect on the mind. You become more calm and happy; concentration improves. As such I assumed that the other 14 mantras have a similar effect. However, a thorough theoretical and a limited practical examination made me realize that the only mantras that definitely function are ainga, shiam, shiring, hiring. Two (shirin, hirin) are practically not different from the above ones. Others (ina, inga, aima, ) still need sufficient testing. The rest is not functioning and can not be considered to be mantras. God apparently has given these mantras in a way that only some of them function. Consequence: only a limited number of people who were initiated into TM where capable to get established in meditation. The time for much progress of spirituality had not yet come. Every ten years or so the TM organization changed the use of these mantras. TM teachers had realized that not everyone had success with his/her meditation. As they did not and don’t have knowledge on acoustic roots their efforts to improve the TM meditations were not successful. The relationship of a person’s age and a mantra is complete nonsense. Also the Ananda Marga first lesson was given in such a way by Baba that it had to be partly inefficient. Some were lucky and received a functioning first lesson; many were not and quickly abandoned meditation or perform it rarely and irregularly. The first lesson mantras of Ananda Marga are both Ista mantra and Siddha mantra. They help to develop the individual’s relationship with God and increase the number of siddha microvita in the mind. The functioning TM mantras are just Siddha mantras. For a successful use of our first lesson meditation it is of extreme importance to apply the correct mantra on a particular cakra (see my explanations in the “October2019” text). One of our first lesson mantras contains one incorrect letter: the correct mantra is “tham tat”. The acarya who received the mantra from Baba did not listen properly. The way the mantra is used at present it has a negative effect. That “tham” is the basic root sound of the Ajina cakra gets mentioned in the “Senior Acarya Diary”. All mantras in the “October 2019” text are Ista and Siddha mantras. To efficiently develop the higher levels of the mind, it is a must to remove the tamasic influence of the kamamaya kosa. This is done by practising the first lesson on the fifth cakra, in some cases on the fourth cakra (with the “HAM-SO” mantra). The spiritual practices taught by Sri Krsna were forgotten around the time of the 6th century. The siddha devayoni “Babaji” reintroduced a “Ham-So” meditation in the 19th century (on the instruction of God). The Selfrealization Fellowship of Paramahansa Yogananda is teaching it. It is a relative simple meditation, applying the mantra on the Ajina cakra, in padmasana and the hands in the position of our third lesson. Getting Savikalpa Samadhi with the A.M. Ista mantras a person usually returns after some time into his/her body. If Samadhi with the “OM-PHAT” or the “AOM-PHAT” mantras happens a person’s soul becomes one with Nirguna Brahma. There is no return; one achieves liberation from the cycle of creation. Spiritually sufficiently developed a person can compress his/her mind into a tiny point of light and leave the body through one of the higher cakras and become one with Saguna Brahma. Our second lesson mantras are also both Ista and Siddha mantras; the same it is with Baba Nam Kevalam. The book titles “Namah Shivaya Shantaya” and “Namami Krsna Sundaram” are also kiirtan mantras. All Sanskrit mantras need a correct pronunciation. The Sanskrit pronunciation is the same as in Spanish, Italian or German. A more successful third lesson should be applied on the upa-cakra below the Ajina Cakra. Everyone who does our Pranayama should perform the Pranayama in the morning on the third cakra and some time later during the day on the fourth cakra (see vrittis in “Yoga Psycholoy”). Fear, aggression and worldly attachments get reduced substantially. I haven't seen anyone practising the fifth lesson correctly. One has to know how to use one’s fingers during the practice. With sufficient concentration the mind moves to the highest point of the forehead during sixth lesson (Guru Cakra). The sixth lesson has a natural time limit. The two meditations I show for Guru Cakra in Facebook and on www dot brahmacakra dot blogspot dot com can be practised longer. “AOM-PHAT” is an Ista Mantra and can be used with our first lesson on the Guru Cakra. Its meaning is “Only HIM”. It is for those who do not yet have the ability to see the formless infinite Paramatman. “The physical form is not the Guru, but the the entity behind the physical form is the Guru; therefore Brahma alone is the Guru.” Shrii Shrii Anandamurti The vrittis of the Guru Cakra that I mention in the October text can be found in Didi Ananda Mitra’s “Commentary On Ananda Sutram”. That the Vijinanamaya kosa is the seat of the Samskaras gets mentioned in one of the first volumes of Subhasita Samgraha. A first form the Samskaras get in the Atimanas Kosa. After this they get expressed in the lower kosas and in physical and social life. Baba once mentioned the existence of about 60 planets with an established PROUT society. God takes the help of these planets and the planets with civilized societies to maintain a certain order in the universe. On most of the PROUT planets God appeared physically as Taraka Brahma. The mind of Taraka Brahma and the mind of Saguna Brahma are one and the same. This is something that is misunderstood by the present Ananda Marga generation. According to Baba the Sanskrit language has a vocabulary of approximately 800.000 words. Developed languages like English or German have 500-600 thousand words (as of 1990). From the gap you can see the difference between a Proutistic society and worldly societies. On Prout planets all important sciences (microvita, spirituality and the other sciences) are fully developed. The vast majority of human beings who get spiritual liberation incarnate on planets with a PROUT society. At present people with an active spiritual life live in a kind of spiritual bubble. The Earth’s collective mental “bubble” is still very worldly. It requires the collective effort of the world’s sadhakas to change this. The way initiations happen in Ananda Marga is not suitable to make Earth a spiritual planet. Imagine that 2000 acaryas teach meditation to 50000 persons per day. Trying to initiate 4 billion human beings would take a very, very long time. If our leadership is interested in making the planet spiritual all of our spiritual practices should be corrected and published, freely available for everyone. The same should happen with Baba’s books. Baba once mentioned that if the science of microvita does not get established many problems that the human society is facing will be solved in an unpleasant way. “Meditation and Microvita Think Tanks” should be created that systematically explore all details of the concerning topics. Some new discoveries can only be made by spiritually developed yogis. I

Experiences With Life After Death And Some Important Events My maternal grandfather moved to a negative luminous world after his physical death in 1997, at the age of 92 years. There he had to live until 2007 when God connected us telepathically. I explained him that he simply had to ask God to help him go into a positive luminous world. This then happened. He was in a kinnara world then, had a girlfriend and reincarnated here on Earth in 2009. One day in the near future I will meet the girl/woman who had been my grandfather. One of my two sisters died in 1995 at the age of 32 (cancer). As she had been vegetarian and spiritual she went to the vidyadhara world in the atmosphere of planet Jupiter. She has been there only for a few weeks and is now a young man in a European country. At the day of her funeral she was picked up by a (luminous) spaceship. My elder brother died in 2006 at the age of 48 years (pulmonary embolism). After death he was a luminous dwarf (prakrtiliina devayonii) for about one year. When I came in contact with him I helped him to get to a higher world (kinnara). There he was until summer 2009. I was able to witness the disintegration of his luminous body (which is identical with the kamamaya kosa) and the manomaya kosa before he reincarnated. He obviously had rejected the solicitation to reincarnate one or two times before. Without getting asked one more time (usually siddha devayoniis do this) he was put into his next body (as a girl). Before next incarnation the luminous body slowly dissolves from bottom to top. Only one more time I had the chance to observe such a disintegration of the conscious parts of the mind. I saw a criminal disintegrating immediately after having left his quinquelemental body. He would have posed a serious danger for any luminous world as he obviously had knowledge of many of the secret illegal activities that are going on here on Earth. He would have implemented his knowledge in any luminous world in this universe. The extraterrestrial advisors have brought a number of technologies whose use is illegal in the universe. This technology includes a machine that can take anyone out of his physical body. In summer 2009 I have been under frequent attacks by black magicians who had been taken out of their bodies with the help of this machine. In the night they came to Madhu Karuna in luminous form trying to kill me. Only five or six of them were close to achieve this. One succeeded to make me blind on my left eye. It took two hours of kiirtan to remove the damage. Some of these nightly “visitors“ were extraterrestrials; others were slaves who were forced into this work. Two of my paternal uncles were in a negative luminous world temporarily. One, uncle Fritz, always ate too much. He used to kill some of the animals that he and his family consumed with his own hands (pigeons, chicken, hares). As he was a very nice person he was in the negative luminous world only for a few months. I had telepathic contact with him when he got transferred to a positive world. The other one, uncle Adam, was alcoholic and sex addicted and spent almost 20 years in a negative world until God moved him to a positive world. There he was a very short time. He is now a girl in the same town where he lived as my uncle. The temporary stay in a negative luminous world is called “purgatory“ in the Christian religion. People suffer there for there misdeeds and then move to a positive world from where they reincarnate as human beings. Dante Alighieri(1265-1321) gives very detailed descriptions about the medieval purgatory in his famous book “Divine Comedy“. Few have understood that he describes his out-of-body experiences and visits to various luminous worlds. The older sister of my mother, aunt Erna, was also in a negative world for a few months (durmukha) and then got transferred to a positive one. As she was someone who went to church every Sunday the unpleasant behaviour that she sometimes had towards others did not have the consequence of a reincarnation as animal. The former friend of my other sister, a very polite and nice person, died at the age of around forty years, immediately came to a positive world, was there for a few months and is now a girl in the town where he had spent the last years of his life. I know about two people who had an incarnation as cat. A former acquaintance of one of my sisters became kabandha pretayonii after a suicide and reincarnated as cat. Between 1995 and 2005 I had regular visits from a green-eyed white cat. We were friends. After her death she reincarnated as a girl here in the village of Wendelsheim. Another woman whom I knew here in Wendelsheim was reborn again here,not changing sex. I have been sending my texts to some celebrities in the past. Rudi Carell (1934-2006), a famous Dutch show-master and entertainer, was addicted to smoking cigarettes. In the last years of his life he developed lung cancer. After his death he came to a pishaca (negative) world. He hadn‘t taken the German text that I had sent him serious. I helped him to come to a positive luminous world. God made me send texts to Inge Meysel (famous German actress, 1910-2004), Doris Day, Sean Connery. Within weeks after they had received texts from me they died. The texts were obviously needed to prepare them for the time after death. SCHOOL SHOOTING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A PRETAYONII The Winnenden school shooting occurred on the morning of 11 March 2009 at the Albertville-Realschule, a secondary school in Winnenden in southwestern Germany, followed by a shootout at a car dealership in nearby Wendlingen. The shooting spree resulted in 16 deaths, including the suicide of the perpetrator, 17-year-old Tim Kretschmer, who had graduated from the school a year earlier. Nine people were injured during the incident. Eyewitness reports state that Kretschmer started on the first upstairs floor, where he made a beeline for two top-floor classrooms and a chemistry laboratory. In the first classroom (Class 9C which at the time was receiving a Spanish speaking lesson), Kretschmer fatally shot five students in the head at close range without warning. He then entered the next classroom (Class 10D which was receiving a German speaking lesson at the time), killed two more students, and wounded nine more, two of whom would die of their wounds en route to the hospital. As Kretschmer left the room to reload his weapon, the teacher reportedly closed the door and locked it. After unsuccessfully trying to shoot off the lock, Kretschmer then moved on to the chemistry laboratory, where he shot and killed the teacher. Students escaped Kretschmer by jumping out of windows. In the three targeted classrooms, he killed nine students (eight female and one male, 14–16 years old) and a female teacher. He shot most of his victims in the head. Kretschmer fired more than 60 rounds at the school. The school headmaster broadcast a coded announcement ("Mrs Koma is coming", which is amok spelled backwards) alerting the teachers of the situation; they locked classroom doors. This coded alert had been used by German educators after the Erfurt school massacre in April 2002. After receiving an emergency call from a student at 09:33 local time, three police officers reached the scene two minutes later and entered the school, interrupting the shooting spree. Kretschmer shot at them and fled the building, killing two female teachers in the hall as he departed. He killed a total of 12 people at the school.A quantity of unused ammunition was recovered from the school. "It appears the perpetrator may have intended to do far more harm at the school than he managed," said chief criminal investigator Ralf Michelfelder. Large numbers of police officers secured the school building and searched for Kretschmer throughout Winnenden for hours without success. News reports confirmed that Kretschmer was on the run and warned motorists not to pick up any hitchhikers. At approximately 10:00, Kretschmer carjacked a first generation Volkswagen Sharan minivan at a car park in Winnenden. From his position on the rear seat, Kretschmer ordered the driver Igor Wolf to drive towards Wendlingen, 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Winnenden. Kretschmer and the driver went westwards into the suburbs of Stuttgart, the Baden-Württemberg state capital, travelling through the towns and districts of Waiblingen, Fellbach, and Bad Cannstatt, before driving on the B14 dual carriageway through the Heslach Tunnel onto the A81 motorway towards Böblingen and Tübingen. The two drove onto the B27 dual carriageway before leaving on the B313 to Nürtingen. Igor Wolf later reported that, when asked why he was doing this, Kretschmer replied, "For fun, because it is fun." According to Wolf, Kretschmer revealed his intentions as he was loading his pistol magazines during the ride: "Do you think we will find another school?" Wolf says he quickly changed the conversation then. Shortly after 12:00, just before the Wendlinger junction to the A8 Autobahn, Wolf steered the car onto the grass verge and jumped from the vehicle toward a police patrol car.[failed verification] Wendlingen shootout Kretschmer immediately left the car and ran towards the nearby industrial area, entering a Volkswagen car showroom through the main entrance. He threatened a salesperson and demanded a key for one of the vehicles. The salesperson escaped while Kretschmer was distracted. Kretschmer shot and killed another salesperson and a customer, firing 13 bullets into both people. As he reloaded, another salesperson and visitor fled through the rear exit. Kretschmer emerged at about 12:30 and shot at a passing car. The driver escaped without injury. The police started to arrive and a shootout began. An officer fired eight shots at Kretschmer, hitting him once in each leg. Kretschmer returned to the car showroom, firing 12 shots from within the building at police from nearby Nürtingen, who were gradually surrounding the building. He left the rear of the building and ran across a yard to a neighbouring business complex, where he shot and injured two police officers in an unmarked police vehicle. According to police reports, at this point Kretschmer continued to shoot at random, shooting at nearby buildings and people, including an employee of a firm who was trying to lock the door. Witnesses described observing Kretschmer as he reloaded his pistol before shooting himself in the head.The final seconds of the shootout were captured with a cell phone video camera. According to forensic evidence, Kretschmer fired a total of 112 rounds. The 17 years old boy has done the above massacre under the influence of a pretayonii. A tiny number of people remain on Earth after death (poltergeist etc). After his death the boy was kabandha pretayonii for some hours. Then God sent a siddha devayonii to bring him to a positive world. The evil spirit who made him committing these murders was put into my room here in Madhu Karuna by God. It took me only an hour to explain him the consequences of criminal activities. He understood and completely changed his mind. This made it possible for him to get to a positive world of the beyond. Similar incidents in the past may have happened under the same circumstances. In the two weeks afterwards I had about 75 spirits in my room who had not left Earth. All of them had been helpers of the dark structure behind capitalism. With one exception all understood my explanations and agreed to move to a positive luminous world. The mentioned exception preferred to become pretayonii. In the time afterwards God put super-evil spirits into my room. They did not have enough awareness to change positively. About a dozen of them came here. All of them had to reincarnate as animals. One was put into the body of a crow that had been sitting on the roof of a neighbouring house. After the exchange of the mental bodies the crow became entirely mad and chased after other birds. A duck flew in panic against one of our windows with the crow behind her. God had reduced the size of these spirits significantly so that they did not have the power to harm me. The smallest pretayoniis are 6mm tall. One got trapped in the crystal of a crystal salt lamp and didn‘t succeed to come out of it any more. I carried the lamp into our garden and ignored it for the next few weeks. Another spirit came into my room unnoticed by me. After some time my perception of the environment started to change negatively. I realized that if this was to continue I would become mad. At that moment my eyes fell on my 1 litre glass jar with water kefir. I looked into the hateful eyes of a pretayonii who had poisoned the contents of the jar. This was the reason of my problem. I immediately took a white cloth, put it over the jar and brought it into another room where I left it. With the lid on top the pretayonii couldn‘t escape and probably became a bacteria in his next life. I observed several more of these spirits becoming bacteria in their next incarnation. This was the initial phase of the spiritual purification of the Earth. Some of the extraterrestrial here on Earth will get a spiritual life in their next human incarnation: a few years back the son of a margii sister and his friend were here to help renovating a building. They had a dog with them. The animal had been a guardian in a private prison in one of the neighbouring solar systems. In his next life he will become spiritual. THE THIRD EYE Most people think that the so-called “Third Eye“ is part of the sixth cakra; and that one counts the physical eyes as the eyes number one and two. This is incorrect. We have three mental eyes in the area of the sixth (Ajina) cakra. Mental eye number one is the eye of an upa-cakra (cakra with reduced functions) just below the Ajina cakra. The third lesson of Ananda Marga is related to it. During third lesson one should concentrate on top of the nose (nose root) and not on the tip of the nose. The second mental eye is the one of the Ajina cakra. What we normally see mentally (memory, fantasies, etc) we see with this eye. Above the Ajina cakra is one more upa-cakra. This is the “Third Eye“.
