Lack of Spirituality and World Politics

The Ukraine war has consequences of which the politicians of our world are not really aware. Ukraine is badly destroyed. Due to the increased prices of raw materials (oil, gas), the poorer countries of our planet are hardly or not at all able to supply themselves with fossil fuels. As a result, the famine that exists in poor countries has increased considerably. The fact that Russia and Ukraine are among the main suppliers of wheat, maize and other agricultural products makes the situation even worse. Immense sums of money go into equipping Ukraine with weapons, ammunition and other material goods. In addition, huge costs are incurred in housing and caring for the 14-15 million Ukrainian refugees. This is part of the consequences that the war has caused so far. If it continues decisively longer, the total costs will be several times higher than the costs so far. Russia has announced for months without words (through the 100,000-man army across the Ukrainian border, what would happen if certain Russian demands were not met (Ukraine not a member of NATO, no NATO troops along the Russian border). In the West, this has been more or less ignored. For weeks now, Russian politicians have been warning that the war would escalate to nuclear if Ukraine were to be upgraded with modern Western war equipment. Apart from warnings to Russia that such a thing would have serious consequences, there has been no change in Western strategy. The West also seems to want to arm Ukraine with heavy offensive weapons. Russia has its back to the wall. More severe consequences than before (sanctions, Russia's exclusion from international payment systems, freezing of foreign Russian assets and others) are hardly possible any-more. Therefore, it will make no difference to the Russian government to destroy the most important Ukrainian cities by nuclear means. The prestige and power thinking of President Putin and his government will not allow them to lose this war. They would lose face. Therefore, the nuclear option is the logical continuation of a Ukrainian build-up of heavy offensive weapons. If Western politicians were spiritual, they would have approached Russia and met its conditions. Ukraine, like Finland and Sweden, would be a militarily neutral country and a member of the European Union at some point in the future. NATO would have withdrawn its troops along the Russian border; then there would have been no war with brutal consequences for the whole planet. A spiritually evolved person sees war as the absolute last option of political action. For such a person, all living beings are of equal importance. His love embraces his worst enemies to the same extent as his best friends. That is why he is a vegetarian and takes care that the other fellow inhabitants of his planet do not suffer because of his way of life. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti's lectures in the book "Neo-Humanism, the Liberation of the Intellect" are of enormous importance for overcoming too narrowly defined social ideas. Some famous personalities of the past were highly spiritual but avoided letting their fellow human beings know it. Albert Einstein ordered that part of his writings not be published until 20 years after his death ("Man is a part of the whole we call the universe, a part limited in space and time. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as separate from everything else - a kind of optical illusion of consciousness. This illusion is a kind of prison for us, confining us to our own preferences and to affection for a few close to us. Our aim must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the horizon of our compassion until it embraces all living beings and all nature in all its beauty." Albert Einstein ,1879 - 1955). The German writer Johann Wolfgang Goethe (1749-1832) revealed in the last years of his life that his most important works were written with the help of writers from the beyond. The author of the famous "Sherlock Holmes" novels, Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) was intensively involved with the afterlife, spiritual mediums and spirituality. State of US democracy: the US democracy is one of the worst in the western world. The dependence on one person (presidential democracy is dangerous. Donald Trump's presidency can be cited as an example. Parliamentary democracy is much better. The senators from small states like Vermont have the same power as the senators from California or Texas. When Donald Trump was elected president, he received 3 million fewer votes than his opponent Hillary Clinton (a good electoral system?). The US is a 2 party dictatorship. The electoral laws are such that it is impossible for other parties to gain seats in Congress. A fair electoral system should accurately reflect the will of the voters. If a party receives sufficient voter support nationwide, it should enter the national parliament with 4 or 5 per cent of the vote. The so-called free press of the West: much of it is privately owned. It is naïve to believe that the owners of these media do not influence the content of publications. Hardly anyone is aware of the fact that the US military would be much smaller without the dollar as the de facto world currency. The US economy is decisively weaker compared to the economic power of the European Union. Looking at the state of the armament, the opposite seems to be the case. Compared to the US fleet and air force, what Western Europe can muster is mediocre. "Let me control a country's currency and I'll control its politics." One should avoid at all costs that because of one country half the planet or in extreme cases (nuclear escalation) the whole planet suffers. Spiritual politics: in Afghanistan the female half of the population now lives enslaved in a kind of hell (burqa among other things). The West should have continued to be militarily present in 2 or 3 provinces, as a home for all democratic and human rights oriented people. Probably even the Taliban would have accepted such a solution.

TO THE UKRAINIAN MARGIIS: The war and its possible consequences. With much Western (NATO) support the Ukraine is at war with a nuclear superpower. As long as Russia is of the opinion that it can wage its war based on conventional weapons the situation will continue the way it is. The moment Putin and his government think that they will loose the war or don’t achieve their goal in time we will see the situation escalating into a nuclear war. Leading Russian politicians have already warned the West that if the intense support of the Ukraine continues nuclear weapons will be used in order to change course of the war. They did not say this if they had no intention to do it. As a first step and a warning they will throw a nuclear bomb on the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, and perhaps on a second city (Lviv, Odessa). Have a look what happened to the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. In the present situation this is an acute danger. It may happen at any time. Kiev and the other big Ukrainian cities in the West are at the moment the most unsafe places on our planet. Consider to move to the countryside or to the West! One can be sure that there are already Russian submarines near the US coasts and the coasts of the main European countries. Russia has enough nuclear warheads to destroy our planet several times. DEFECTS OF TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION AND ANANDA MARGA MEDITATION LESSONS

If spirituality and transcendence are just another religion, that one believes in, can only be found out through regular spiritual practice. Defects of Transcendental Meditation and Ananda Marga meditation lessons Until recently I had only practised two of the 16 Transcendental Meditation mantras (ainga and shiama). Both have a very positive effect on the mind. You become more calm and happy; concentration improves. As such I assumed that the other 14 mantras have a similar effect. However, a thorough theoretical and a limited practical examination made me realize that the only mantras that definitely function are ainga, shiam, shiring, hiring. Two (shirin, hirin) are practically not different from the above ones. Others (ina, inga, aima, ) still need sufficient testing. The rest is not functioning and can not be considered to be mantras. God apparently has given these mantras in a way that only some of them function. Consequence: only a limited number of people who were initiated into TM where capable to get established in meditation. The time for much progress of spirituality had not yet come. Every ten years or so the TM organization changed the use of these mantras. TM teachers had realized that not everyone had success with his/her meditation. As they did not and don’t have knowledge on acoustic roots their efforts to improve the TM meditations were not successful. The relationship of a person’s age and a mantra is complete nonsense. Also the Ananda Marga first lesson was given in such a way by Baba that it had to be partly inefficient. Some were lucky and received a functioning first lesson; many were not and quickly abandoned meditation or perform it rarely and irregularly. The first lesson mantras of Ananda Marga are both Ista mantra and Siddha mantra. They help to develop the individual’s relationship with God and increase the number of siddha microvita in the mind. The functioning TM mantras are just Siddha mantras. For a successful use of our first lesson meditation it is of extreme importance to apply the correct mantra on a particular cakra (see my explanations in the “October2019” text). One of our first lesson mantras contains one incorrect letter: the correct mantra is “tham tat”. The acarya who received the mantra from Baba did not listen properly. The way the mantra is used at present it has a negative effect. That “tham” is the basic root sound of the Ajina cakra gets mentioned in the “Senior Acarya Diary”. All mantras in the “October 2019” text are Ista and Siddha mantras. To efficiently develop the higher levels of the mind, it is a must to remove the tamasic influence of the kamamaya kosa. This is done by practising the first lesson on the fifth cakra, in some cases on the fourth cakra (with the “HAM-SO” mantra). The spiritual practices taught by Sri Krsna were forgotten around the time of the 6th century. The siddha devayoni “Babaji” reintroduced a “Ham-So” meditation in the 19th century (on the instruction of God). The Selfrealization Fellowship of Paramahansa Yogananda is teaching it. It is a relative simple meditation, applying the mantra on the Ajina cakra, in padmasana and the hands in the position of our third lesson. Getting Savikalpa Samadhi with the A.M. Ista mantras a person usually returns after some time into his/her body. If Samadhi with the “OM-PHAT” or the “AOM-PHAT” mantras happens a person’s soul becomes one with Nirguna Brahma. There is no return; one achieves liberation from the cycle of creation. Spiritually sufficiently developed a person can compress his/her mind into a tiny point of light and leave the body through one of the higher cakras and become one with Saguna Brahma. Our second lesson mantras are also both Ista and Siddha mantras; the same it is with Baba Nam Kevalam. The book titles “Namah Shivaya Shantaya” and “Namami Krsna Sundaram” are also kiirtan mantras. All Sanskrit mantras need a correct pronunciation. The Sanskrit pronunciation is the same as in Spanish, Italian or German. A more successful third lesson should be applied on the upa-cakra below the Ajina Cakra. Everyone who does our Pranayama should perform the Pranayama in the morning on the third cakra and some time later during the day on the fourth cakra (see vrittis in “Yoga Psycholoy”). Fear, aggression and worldly attachments get reduced substantially. I haven't seen anyone practising the fifth lesson correctly. One has to know how to use one’s fingers during the practice. With sufficient concentration the mind moves to the highest point of the forehead during sixth lesson (Guru Cakra). The sixth lesson has a natural time limit. The two meditations I show for Guru Cakra in Facebook and on www dot brahmacakra dot blogspot dot com can be practised longer. “AOM-PHAT” is an Ista Mantra and can be used with our first lesson on the Guru Cakra. Its meaning is “Only HIM”. It is for those who do not yet have the ability to see the formless infinite Paramatman. “The physical form is not the Guru, but the the entity behind the physical form is the Guru; therefore Brahma alone is the Guru.” Shrii Shrii Anandamurti The vrittis of the Guru Cakra that I mention in the October text can be found in Didi Ananda Mitra’s “Commentary On Ananda Sutram”. That the Vijinanamaya kosa is the seat of the Samskaras gets mentioned in one of the first volumes of Subhasita Samgraha. A first form the Samskaras get in the Atimanas Kosa. After this they get expressed in the lower kosas and in physical and social life. Baba once mentioned the existence of about 60 planets with an established PROUT society. God takes the help of these planets and the planets with civilized societies to maintain a certain order in the universe. On most of the PROUT planets God appeared physically as Taraka Brahma. The mind of Taraka Brahma and the mind of Saguna Brahma are one and the same. This is something that is misunderstood by the present Ananda Marga generation. According to Baba the Sanskrit language has a vocabulary of approximately 800.000 words. Developed languages like English or German have 500-600 thousand words (as of 1990). From the gap you can see the difference between a Proutistic society and worldly societies. On Prout planets all important sciences (microvita, spirituality and the other sciences) are fully developed. The vast majority of human beings who get spiritual liberation incarnate on planets with a PROUT society. At present people with an active spiritual life live in a kind of spiritual bubble. The Earth’s collective mental “bubble” is still very worldly. It requires the collective effort of the world’s sadhakas to change this. The way initiations happen in Ananda Marga is not suitable to make Earth a spiritual planet. Imagine that 2000 acaryas teach meditation to 50000 persons per day. Trying to initiate 4 billion human beings would take a very, very long time. If our leadership is interested in making the planet spiritual all of our spiritual practices should be corrected and published, freely available for everyone. The same should happen with Baba’s books. Baba once mentioned that if the science of microvita does not get established many problems that the human society is facing will be solved in an unpleasant way. “Meditation and Microvita Think Tanks” should be created that systematically explore all details of the concerning topics. Some new discoveries can only be made by spiritually developed yogis. I

Experiences With Life After Death And Some Important Events My maternal grandfather moved to a negative luminous world after his physical death in 1997, at the age of 92 years. There he had to live until 2007 when God connected us telepathically. I explained him that he simply had to ask God to help him go into a positive luminous world. This then happened. He was in a kinnara world then, had a girlfriend and reincarnated here on Earth in 2009. One day in the near future I will meet the girl/woman who had been my grandfather. One of my two sisters died in 1995 at the age of 32 (cancer). As she had been vegetarian and spiritual she went to the vidyadhara world in the atmosphere of planet Jupiter. She has been there only for a few weeks and is now a young man in a European country. At the day of her funeral she was picked up by a (luminous) spaceship. My elder brother died in 2006 at the age of 48 years (pulmonary embolism). After death he was a luminous dwarf (prakrtiliina devayonii) for about one year. When I came in contact with him I helped him to get to a higher world (kinnara). There he was until summer 2009. I was able to witness the disintegration of his luminous body (which is identical with the kamamaya kosa) and the manomaya kosa before he reincarnated. He obviously had rejected the solicitation to reincarnate one or two times before. Without getting asked one more time (usually siddha devayoniis do this) he was put into his next body (as a girl). Before next incarnation the luminous body slowly dissolves from bottom to top. Only one more time I had the chance to observe such a disintegration of the conscious parts of the mind. I saw a criminal disintegrating immediately after having left his quinquelemental body. He would have posed a serious danger for any luminous world as he obviously had knowledge of many of the secret illegal activities that are going on here on Earth. He would have implemented his knowledge in any luminous world in this universe. The extraterrestrial advisors have brought a number of technologies whose use is illegal in the universe. This technology includes a machine that can take anyone out of his physical body. In summer 2009 I have been under frequent attacks by black magicians who had been taken out of their bodies with the help of this machine. In the night they came to Madhu Karuna in luminous form trying to kill me. Only five or six of them were close to achieve this. One succeeded to make me blind on my left eye. It took two hours of kiirtan to remove the damage. Some of these nightly “visitors“ were extraterrestrials; others were slaves who were forced into this work. Two of my paternal uncles were in a negative luminous world temporarily. One, uncle Fritz, always ate too much. He used to kill some of the animals that he and his family consumed with his own hands (pigeons, chicken, hares). As he was a very nice person he was in the negative luminous world only for a few months. I had telepathic contact with him when he got transferred to a positive world. The other one, uncle Adam, was alcoholic and sex addicted and spent almost 20 years in a negative world until God moved him to a positive world. There he was a very short time. He is now a girl in the same town where he lived as my uncle. The temporary stay in a negative luminous world is called “purgatory“ in the Christian religion. People suffer there for there misdeeds and then move to a positive world from where they reincarnate as human beings. Dante Alighieri(1265-1321) gives very detailed descriptions about the medieval purgatory in his famous book “Divine Comedy“. Few have understood that he describes his out-of-body experiences and visits to various luminous worlds. The older sister of my mother, aunt Erna, was also in a negative world for a few months (durmukha) and then got transferred to a positive one. As she was someone who went to church every Sunday the unpleasant behaviour that she sometimes had towards others did not have the consequence of a reincarnation as animal. The former friend of my other sister, a very polite and nice person, died at the age of around forty years, immediately came to a positive world, was there for a few months and is now a girl in the town where he had spent the last years of his life. I know about two people who had an incarnation as cat. A former acquaintance of one of my sisters became kabandha pretayonii after a suicide and reincarnated as cat. Between 1995 and 2005 I had regular visits from a green-eyed white cat. We were friends. After her death she reincarnated as a girl here in the village of Wendelsheim. Another woman whom I knew here in Wendelsheim was reborn again here,not changing sex. I have been sending my texts to some celebrities in the past. Rudi Carell (1934-2006), a famous Dutch show-master and entertainer, was addicted to smoking cigarettes. In the last years of his life he developed lung cancer. After his death he came to a pishaca (negative) world. He hadn‘t taken the German text that I had sent him serious. I helped him to come to a positive luminous world. God made me send texts to Inge Meysel (famous German actress, 1910-2004), Doris Day, Sean Connery. Within weeks after they had received texts from me they died. The texts were obviously needed to prepare them for the time after death. SCHOOL SHOOTING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A PRETAYONII The Winnenden school shooting occurred on the morning of 11 March 2009 at the Albertville-Realschule, a secondary school in Winnenden in southwestern Germany, followed by a shootout at a car dealership in nearby Wendlingen. The shooting spree resulted in 16 deaths, including the suicide of the perpetrator, 17-year-old Tim Kretschmer, who had graduated from the school a year earlier. Nine people were injured during the incident. Albertville school shooting Winnenden Wendlingen Locations of the incident within Germany In the Albertville-Realschule at approximately 09:30 (CET), Kretschmer first began shooting with a 9 mm Beretta 92FS semi-automatic pistol, which he had taken from his parents' bedroom. Eyewitness reports state that Kretschmer started on the first upstairs floor, where he made a beeline for two top-floor classrooms and a chemistry laboratory. In the first classroom (Class 9C which at the time was receiving a Spanish speaking lesson), Kretschmer fatally shot five students in the head at close range without warning. He then entered the next classroom (Class 10D which was receiving a German speaking lesson at the time), killed two more students, and wounded nine more, two of whom would die of their wounds en route to the hospital. As Kretschmer left the room to reload his weapon, the teacher reportedly closed the door and locked it. After unsuccessfully trying to shoot off the lock, Kretschmer then moved on to the chemistry laboratory, where he shot and killed the teacher. Students escaped Kretschmer by jumping out of windows. In the three targeted classrooms, he killed nine students (eight female and one male, 14–16 years old) and a female teacher. He shot most of his victims in the head. Kretschmer fired more than 60 rounds at the school. The school headmaster broadcast a coded announcement ("Mrs Koma is coming", which is amok spelled backwards) alerting the teachers of the situation; they locked classroom doors. This coded alert had been used by German educators after the Erfurt school massacre in April 2002. After receiving an emergency call from a student at 09:33 local time, three police officers reached the scene two minutes later and entered the school, interrupting the shooting spree. Kretschmer shot at them and fled the building, killing two female teachers in the hall as he departed. He killed a total of 12 people at the school.A quantity of unused ammunition was recovered from the school. "It appears the perpetrator may have intended to do far more harm at the school than he managed," said chief criminal investigator Ralf Michelfelder. Escape and carjacking Psychiatric institution nearby Winnenden school where Kretschmer killed a 56-year-old employee Kretschmer fled the scene and killed the 56-year-old gardener of a nearby psychiatric hospital in the park. Large numbers of police officers secured the school building and searched for Kretschmer throughout Winnenden for hours without success. News reports confirmed that Kretschmer was on the run and warned motorists not to pick up any hitchhikers. At approximately 10:00, Kretschmer carjacked a first generation Volkswagen Sharan minivan at a car park in Winnenden. From his position on the rear seat, Kretschmer ordered the driver Igor Wolf to drive towards Wendlingen, 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Winnenden. Kretschmer and the driver went westwards into the suburbs of Stuttgart, the Baden-Württemberg state capital, travelling through the towns and districts of Waiblingen, Fellbach, and Bad Cannstatt, before driving on the B14 dual carriageway through the Heslach Tunnel onto the A81 motorway towards Böblingen and Tübingen. The two drove onto the B27 dual carriageway before leaving on the B313 to Nürtingen. Igor Wolf later reported that, when asked why he was doing this, Kretschmer replied, "For fun, because it is fun." According to Wolf, Kretschmer revealed his intentions as he was loading his pistol magazines during the ride: "Do you think we will find another school?" Wolf says he quickly changed the conversation then. Shortly after 12:00, just before the Wendlinger junction to the A8 Autobahn, Wolf steered the car onto the grass verge and jumped from the vehicle toward a police patrol car.[failed verification] Wendlingen shootout Kretschmer immediately left the car and ran towards the nearby industrial area, entering a Volkswagen car showroom through the main entrance. He threatened a salesperson and demanded a key for one of the vehicles. The salesperson escaped while Kretschmer was distracted. Kretschmer shot and killed another salesperson and a customer, firing 13 bullets into both people. As he reloaded, another salesperson and visitor fled through the rear exit. Kretschmer emerged at about 12:30 and shot at a passing car. The driver escaped without injury. The police started to arrive and a shootout began. An officer fired eight shots at Kretschmer, hitting him once in each leg. Kretschmer returned to the car showroom, firing 12 shots from within the building at police from nearby Nürtingen, who were gradually surrounding the building. He left the rear of the building and ran across a yard to a neighbouring business complex, where he shot and injured two police officers in an unmarked police vehicle. According to police reports, at this point Kretschmer continued to shoot at random, shooting at nearby buildings and people, including an employee of a firm who was trying to lock the door. Witnesses described observing Kretschmer as he reloaded his pistol before shooting himself in the head.The final seconds of the shootout were captured with a cell phone video camera. According to forensic evidence, Kretschmer fired a total of 112 rounds. The 17 years old boy has done the above massacre under the influence of a pretayonii. A tiny number of people remain on Earth after death (poltergeist etc). After his death the boy was kabandha pretayonii for some hours. Then God sent a siddha devayonii to bring him to a positive world. The evil spirit who made him committing these murders was put into my room here in Madhu Karuna by God. It took me only an hour to explain him the consequences of criminal activities. He understood and completely changed his mind. This made it possible for him to get to a positive world of the beyond. Similar incidents in the past may have happened under the same circumstances. In the two weeks afterwards I had about 75 spirits in my room who had not left Earth. All of them had been helpers of the dark structure behind capitalism. With one exception all understood my explanations and agreed to move to a positive luminous world. The mentioned exception preferred to become pretayonii. In the time afterwards God put super-evil spirits into my room. They did not have enough awareness to change positively. About a dozen of them came here. All of them had to reincarnate as animals. One was put into the body of a crow that had been sitting on the roof of a neighbouring house. After the exchange of the mental bodies the crow became entirely mad and chased after other birds. A duck flew in panic against one of our windows with the crow behind her. God had reduced the size of these spirits significantly so that they did not have the power to harm me. The smallest pretayoniis are 6mm tall. One got trapped in the crystal of a crystal salt lamp and didn‘t succeed to come out of it any more. I carried the lamp into our garden and ignored it for the next few weeks. Another spirit came into my room unnoticed by me. After some time my perception of the environment started to change negatively. I realized that if this was to continue I would become mad. At that moment my eyes fell on my 1 litre glass jar with water kefir. I looked into the hateful eyes of a pretayonii who had poisoned the contents of the jar. This was the reason of my problem. I immediately took a white cloth, put it over the jar and brought it into another room where I left it. With the lid on top the pretayonii couldn‘t escape and probably became a bacteria in his next life. I observed several more of these spirits becoming bacteria in their next incarnation. This was the initial phase of the spiritual purification of the Earth. Some of the extraterrestrial here on Earth will get a spiritual life in their next human incarnation: a few years back the son of a margii sister and his friend were here to help renovating a building. They had a dog with them. The animal had been a guardian in a private prison in one of the neighbouring solar systems. In his next life he will become spiritual. The dog has the vibration of a middle-weight boxer. He is still a guardian and follows all instructions. Another E.T. who died here on Earth, moved to a negative luminous world after death. She will become a cat in her next life (in a spiritual environment). When she becomes human being in the life afterwards she will be a spiritualist. In the years before 2009 the “dark structure“ had succeeded to infiltrate the two siddha devayonii worlds in our solar system (in the atmospheres of Venus and Jupiter). A small number of siddha devayoniis worked for them. In the decades before 2009 systematic killing of spiritual people took place. About 5000-6000 persons were removed from Earth in this way (through diseases, accidents, suicides, poisoning). Osho was poisoned with a radioactive substance when he was in jail for a few weeks (in Oregon, USA). Also a number of margiis and acaryas were victims. I had telepathic contact with one of the margiis in his next incarnation. He hasn‘t change sex and knows now how he looked in his last life; and that he performed yoga and meditation. THE THIRD EYE Most people think that the so-called “Third Eye“ is part of the sixth cakra; and that one counts the physical eyes as the eyes number one and two. This is incorrect. We have three mental eyes in the area of the sixth (Ajina) cakra. Mental eye number one is the eye of an upa-cakra (cakra with reduced functions) just below the Ajina cakra. The third lesson of Ananda Marga is related to it. During third lesson one should concentrate on top of the nose (nose root) and not on the tip of the nose. The second mental eye is the one of the Ajina cakra. What we normally see mentally (memory, fantasies, etc) we see with this eye. Above the Ajina cakra is one more upa-cakra. This is the “Third Eye“. If we get access to this eye we can perceive dead people and objects of transcendental dimensions. The Super-Spiritualists of the New Spiritual Age The coming age will be dominated by what Shrii Shrii Anandamurti calls Sadvipras. I guess, a minimum of 15% of the population will be personalities like Paramahansa Yogananda or Ramakrishna Paramahansa. These were yogis who had fully realized the cosmic reality and attained spiritual liberation. Sadvipras have understood that it is wise to give up all worldly wishes, including the attachment to one‘s own mind; and undertake systematic and permanent efforts to become one with the Supreme Entity that is behind all creation. “A man came to Baba Farid; Farid was a Sufi mystic. The man said 'I have heard that you have come to know God. I have come from far away. Tell me what God is and how God can be known.' Farid said 'Right now I am going to the river to take my morning bath. You come along and if possible I will answer there.' The seeker looked a little puzzled -- 'Why can't he answer it right now? Why should he answer there?' But he had heard that mystics are eccentric people: 'Maybe some idea of this madman...' He followed. Farid told him 'You also throw off your clothes, be naked and come into the river. Perhaps then I can answer.' The man thought 'This is going too far: "Throw off your clothes"?' But there was nobody else on the riverbank, so he said 'Why not?' He threw off the clothes and jumped into the river. Farid was a very strong man. He jumped upon the seeker and started drowning him in the river and pushed him hard. The seeker was a very thin and weak man -- must have been a philosopher, must have been thinking too much, must not have cared about the body -- and Farid was killing him, murdering him. But only for one minute, and the weak and thin man threw Farid away. He tried so hard to come up that Farid could not hold him any longer. Then they faced each other. The man could not understand. He said 'It is my own fault that I followed you; I should have been a little more intelligent. You are a madman! What were you doing? You were murdering me!' Farid said 'These things later on. First I want to ask one thing: how many thoughts did you have while I was pulling you down into the water?' He said 'Thoughts? There was only one thought, and that too was not a thought: "How can I get out?" And that too was not a thought -- it penetrated my whole being, it saturated my whole being, it permeated every cell of my body. It was not a thought.' Farid said 'That you have understood. When you desire God so passionately, you will know -- not before that.' God is not a philosophical theory, it is an experience of intense passion.“ Two of the 28 human incarnations are dominated by siddha microvita. This is one‘s last incarnation when the spiritual aspirant develops full perception of the vijinanamaya kosa, realizes that Paramatman, the Supreme Soul, is behind the whole creation; and finally gets liberated from the cycle of creation. The second time, between incarnation 10 and 25, the spiritual aspirant does not have the realization of Paramatman. Such persons have a strong link to the level of the atimanas kosa and may have all kind of occult powers. These are either people who have completely withdrawn from this world (many yogis in the Himalayas belong to this category). They have access to the upacakra just above the ajina cakra as their ajina cakra is relatively pure due to their renouncement from worldly objects. Others have a ninth cakra in the middle of the forehead that connects them intensely to the atimanas kosa level. This cakra is usually a bit less than 2mm big and one has it only in one of the 28 human lives. In some cases God transforms this cakra into a developed cakra, with a diameter of about 2cm. Such people then have enormous spiritual powers. Osho Shrii Rajneesh and Satya Sai Baba were such personalities. After the death of their physical body they change the solar system and reincarnate their after some time. Also the vast majority of other famous persons change the solar system. Criminals also change to another planet for human reincarnation (after one or a few more lives as animal). In this way God prevents them from becoming criminal again. Very rich people will become extraordinarily poor in their next human life as they have not understood that the limited physical resources on a planet need to be justly distributed amongst all members of society. “In Tantra sadhana, as the spiritual aspirant progresses in his/her realization, the spiritual development advances in 4 progressive stages depending on the sam'skaras of the aspirant. These 4 stages are also connected with the realization of 6 types of samdhi until the ultimate realization. These types of samadhi can be temporary or permanent realizations, same as the experience of higher samadhi depending on the sadhaka's samskaras. By the grace of the Guru, when the spiritual aspirant attains one-pointed concentration, first he may experience and/or hear a constant sound of crickets and feel a pleasant inner feeling of bliss. This is the stage when the kulakundalinii is in the Muladhar Cakra (Golden plexus). As the aspirant continues deeper in the repetition of his mantra, with one-pointed concentration, the kundalinii will rise upwards and pierce the second plexus, the SVADHIS'THANA CAKRA, and he/she will experience increased bliss and sometimes may hear the sound of ankle bells ringing incessantly. This first stage of samadhi is called 'SALOKYA'. The mental realization in this samadhai is: "I and My Lord are in the same level, same stratum" SALOKYA means: 'Same Loka or world'. With deeper and deeper meditation, the kundalinii will further ascend to the 3rd Cakra, MANIPURA CAKRA, as the serpentine force pierces this cakra, now the meditator will experience more intense bliss and he/she may hear the sound of flutes playing in unison. In this cakra the realization will be that "I am very close to my Lord" The experience of proximity with the Supreme is very intense here. This state of proximity is called 'SAMIPYA SAMADHI. Now, as the sadhana becomes still deeper, the sadhaka will experience greater bliss, very intoxicating bliss. This bliss is only experienced when the kundalinii shakti pierces the ANAHATA CAKRA, the Aerial Plexus. The sadhaka will hear the sound of sea waves or the sound of a gong, and will feel the tactual proximity with God. This tactual proximity with God is called in Tantra 'SAYUJYA SAMADHI' The bliss in this samadhi is indescribable. The Fourth Stage of Samadhi is called 'SARUPYA'. This stage is experienced when kundalinii ascends to the VISHUDDHA CAKRA, the Sidereal Plexus. Here in this level of realization the sadhaka will start hearing the Omnkara sound, and he/she will feel that "I and my Lord are One" Now the feeling is not only tactual but also of oneness. The bliss in this state is most intoxicating and usually a sadhaka may fall back unconscious. Now by the grace of God a sadhaka may attain the higher level of Sarupya Samadhi, that is, SARSTI SAMADHI. This samadhi is also called full SAVIKALPA SAMADHI. Here the aspirant will realize that "I am Brahma, I am He" The kundalinii here pierces the trikuti or the third eye and attains the stage of omniscience, the state of Luminous Vacuity. The bliss is beyond any description. Many sadhakas will hear the sound of Omnkara even after returning from this samadhi, and they will still hear the universal sound for days or weeks. And the final stage, the blessed stage of them all is when the sadhaka finally merges his own feeling of "I" in the divine ocean of objectless consciousness. Here there is no more "I' and "He'. It is either "I' or 'He" alone. This state is called KAEVALYA in Tantra or the state of NIRVIKALPA SAMADHI. The stage of Absolute Liberation. Shrii A'nandamu'rtijii describes this state as "This state of objectlessness being beyond the orbit of the mind, it is not mentally apprehensible. The lingering bliss that follows this state of vacuity is the proof of that state, the means of firm belief in that state."   #1 1st Dimension of Psychology: YATAMANA STAGE In the beginning of the spiritual journey, the sadhaka starts his/her sadhana with different obstacles assailing his mind and body. This is the state of withdrawal from the body and the crude layer of mind, the Kamama'ya Kos'a. The Kamama'ya kos'a is the layer of desire. The movement is extro-internal towards the Citta (ectoplasmic stuff). In order to control the baser propensities of the mind the sadhaka/sadhika is confronted with tremendous opposition from Avidya Maya, the force of ignorance. The moment the sadhaka starts sadhana means he/she has declared war on the Force of Ignorance, the sadhaka wants to attain freedom from the bondages of staticity. Therefore, the sadhaka will encounter tremendous opposition from within and from his outside environment as well. Relatives and friends will oppose his or her practice of sadhana. They will create all sorts of situations to discourage him from pursuing the spiritual path. At the moment of sadhana, internally, the sadhaka will face pains in his/her legs or in other parts of his body, and innumerable thoughts, may be disturbing ideas and imaginations that will try to disrupt his/her sadhana. He or she may also find that his/her mind is going wild, that his lack of control is even more than before he started to meditate. Of course not everyone experiences the same; it also depends on each one's samskaras. The first stage, the Yatamana, is a challenging period, a period of tests. The Yatamana stage starts at the MULADHARA CAKRA and ends at the level of the MANIPURA CAKRA. The sadhaka will have to gain control of these first three cakras in order to ascend to the second stage. 2nd Dimension of Psychology: VYATIREKA STAGE Now, in the Yatamana Stage you will be able to raise your kundalinii up to the Manipura Cakra, however, as I mentioned, the first stage is characterised by struggle. However, in the second stage, the VYATIREKA STAGE, you will feel that suddenly your mind was able to have some concentration, that your mind became a bit one-pointed, and that you start to feel a pleasant feeling inside, a feeling of bliss. Your sadhana suddenly started to become good. You may shed some tears of momentary bliss. Not only that, you feel that you start gaining more control over your organs and mental propensities. Also, your relatives start to respect more what you do in your life. This stage of harmony lasts, somehow, for a short period, and then the period of struggle starts again. So your life will feel much up and down, in a fast pace. You are trying to release yourself from Maya, but Maya does not want you free from Her clutches. This second stage starts at the MANIPURA CAKRA and ascends towards the VISHUDDHA CAKRA. 3rd Dimension of Psychology: EKENDRIYA STAGE The EKENDRIYA STAGE is more peculiar. Eka= One + Indriya = organ. This is the stage where you gain greater control over your organs and mind. But also you gain control specifically over one organ, or vice versa, one organ or a specific propensity becomes your eye-sore. That is, suppose your weakness is anger or vanity, then due to this propensity you may undergo disruption in the harmony of your life and your sadhana at a certain time. But in this stage, your sadhana will become extremely good for certain length of time, now longer than in the 2nd stage. You will find that you have gained a lot of self-control, and your relatives and friends have given up disturbing you, they might think that you are beyond repairs so it is useless to try to reform you, or, at its best they might also join you in your spiritual path. But this is not the perfect stage yet, and something may happen at certain period of your every day life that may disrupt this perfect harmony, sending you into periods of intense struggle or anguish. The remarkable characteristics of this stage are that, one, your sadhana has become one-pointed and you may attain different stages of spiritual realizations, and blissful experiences. However, the second part might be a bit dangerous for you: you may develop some occult powers. So this stage is very delicate because you may feel tempted to use these special psychic faculties or siddhis. Here is where surrender and devotion are the most important factor for you. You must surrender totally to your Guru. This is a very subtle period of test. The EKENDRIYA STAGE starts at the VISHUDDHA CAKRA and culminates at the AJINA CAKRA. The 4th Dimension of Psychology: VASHIKARA SIDDHI VASHIKARA SIDDHI can only be attained by the Grace of one's Preceptor. In order to attain this level one has to be firmly established in Dhyana and Parabhakti (Pure Devotion). As I said about the THIRD STAGE, EKENDRIYA SIDDHI, one will have to gain control over one particular organ and propensity. Normally that is one's only last weakness. If one succeeds in this then establishment in superior sadhana will occur in no time. But not only that, one will have to surrender all to the feet of the Guru, the Supreme Lord. One will have to surrender one's physical, mental and spiritual possessions, psychic powers, spiritual bliss, and the most difficult of all: ONE'S EGO. It is actually easy to say but very difficult to realize. However, the grace of the Guru is always with you. And if you are a bit wise you will understand that His grace is everything, then you will attain VASHIKARA SIDDHI, and then you will have reached the end of your long life's journey to establish yourself in the Supreme Beatitude. In general, these personalities are well-known. But the greatest and most recent contribution of the vast personality Shri Shri Anandamurti to the field of yoga is yet to be recognised. Although he has enriched every aspect of social life from education to art and culture, songs, economy, science, anthropology, philology and spiritual science, his most important contributions have been in the field of yoga. Anandamurti sees the ultimate goal as the attainment of the supreme spiritual stance. It is also the final goal of human life. To achieve this sublime state one should be well established in every limb of Ashtanga yoga. According to Anandamurti, unless a person strictly practices Yama and niyama,—the first two limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, it will be impossible for him to perform the spiritual practice or yoga sadhana. He suggests that a moral revolution is needed to create balance in individual personal life to create a well-knit exploitation-free society. Such a revolution can only be brought about through strict adherence to the principles of  Yama and Niyama. In his book, “Jiiban Veda” Anandamurti has discussed this subject in depth. In his numerous discourses and discussions, essays and books he has uncovered the glorious truth of ancient yogic science through the light of modern science and rational thinking.  The science of psychology–Foods, Cells, Physical, and Mental Development—Glands and Subglands—Instincts and Devotion—Mysticism and Yoga–Cerebral and Extra-Cerebral Memory—Bio-Psychology—The Faculty of Knowledge—Four Dimensions of Micropsychic Knowledge, Plexi and Microvita—-all of his writings tell the world about the need and importance of yogic science more authentically and scientifically. In a  world is fascinated by the physical aspects of yoga he has silently revolutionised our understanding of the internal spiritual aspects.  I think he is the first guru to demonstrate that that human propensities and indeed a person’s entire psychology, behaviour and personality can be changed through the regular performance of asanas if done scientifically. He has clearly demonstrated the subtlety of this science and advises us to perform yoga sadhana or spiritual practice twice a day regularly without waiting till we retire. He sees it is an indispensable part of our daily routine which we should learn right from the age of five. According to Anandamurti yoga is a universal spiritual practise which is blended with Tantra and practices of which are free from religious fanaticism, superstitions and blind faith. In fact, he envisioned a future where every individual will perform spiritual practices and move together towards the same spiritual goal.   Yogasadhana  is not merely theoretical but involves a comprehensive set of meditation or yoga sadhana practices that can transform one’s life. The practice developed by Shri Shri Anandamurti composed of six practical steps called Rajadhiraj yoga. To spread his teachings, he has also created a global mission, called Anandamarga—the path of bliss, propagated by large numbers of renunciate workers. In the space age, we live in every minute counts. We want to achieve maximum benefits while devoting a minimum of time. Given the need of the hour and the physical-psychic complexity of modern human life, Shri Shri Anandamurti prescribed only forty-two asanas (yoga exercises) from which a few may be chosen to suit the individual need. He is not in favour of practising asanas which are risky and could have harmful effects. He has also created two simple yoga dances which can benefit every individual.  His  Yoga acharyas are trained to prescribe asanas, bandhas, in accordance with the physical-psychic and spiritual state of the individual as well as to gradually teach the six stages of Rajadhiraj yoga. These practices help people immensely in their efforts to attain the ultimate goal of yoga or samadhi. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti has made several very important contributions to yoga, including the Kaushiiki and Tandava dances. Kaoshiiki is designed especially for females, although males can also practise it and gain benefit from it. Kaoshiiki The word Kaoshikii is derived from the Sanskrit word “kosa” meaning a “sheath” or layer of the mind. Kaoshiiki dance develops not only the body but the subtle layers of the mind and is the benefit to the entire body, from head to toe. It keeps the spine flexible, reduces unnecessary body fat and helps regular menstruation. It also reduces the pain of childbirth. One can practise it even during menstruation and until the sixth month of pregnancy. Kaushikii increases longevity and, keeps the body fit into old age. It stimulates the heart and circulatory system and increases the flexibility of the joints, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders.  It also sharpens and strengthens the mind. Kaushikii is thus an invaluable and comprehensive health practice, especially for women. All Anandamargiis perform this dance every day along with yoga. One can learn the practical process of this unique yoga dance by contacting any local Ananda Marga unit or Ananda Marga yoga yeacher or acharya. Many yoga practitioners now practising these dances and gain benefit from them.   Tandava The great Indian yogi Lord Sadashiva invented Tandava as a spiritual dance. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti reintroduced and included it in the daily yoga practices. The dance involves vigorously jumping from one foot to the other, the knee of the raised leg crossing one of three selected points—the navel, the heart, or the throat. Tandav is performed for a period of four/five minutes twice a day at the end of meditation or asanas and represents the struggle between the forces of life and death. It can easily be learnt with a little effort. The spirit of Tandava is, “I will face the fear of death, which surrounds me on all sides and overcome it using the power of my mind. No force will prevent from reaching the goal. No evil tendency, no enemy, no bondage can shake my determination to be victorious.” This vigorous dance is only for men since it has a masculinizing effect it stimulates the adrenal cortex which secretes male hormones. These hormones, in turn, stimulate the testes to produce testosterone—the hormone responsible for ‘maleness’. Tandava also stimulates the entire circulatory system–the heart, the lungs and the muscles of the feet, lower legs, thighs, pelvis, back, neck and arms. Tandava thus reduces the possibility of heart attack, high blood pressure and atrophy of the lungs. More importantly, Tanadava is the only physical activity that exercises the brain and is indispensable for developing virility, vitality and courage.

To the governments of this world This letter is an effort to show what fate human society will have if its activities continue in a normal way, and that spirituality is a science; and if applied has the power to improve our global situation considerably. Climatic change: it is naive to think that the present steps taken will stop the rise of temperature and prevent global warming. Human population is steadily growing. In some years there will be a few billion more inhabitants. And every new citizen requires food, clothes, housing, medicine etc. The vast majority of countries will continue to use fossil fuels. This alone will destroy our climate. Plastic: the abundant use of plastic in all its forms is slowly poisoning the environment too. Even the penguins in Antarctica already have nano-particles of plastic in their bodies. In future most species including human beings will suffer from genetic defects due to this. At least 100 animal and plant species disappear every day from the surface of this planet. The deforestation of vast areas every year continues. Chemical industry: Most chemicals produced on Earth are detrimental to the environment and human health. First of all natural means should be used in industry, agriculture, medicine etc. Western affluent countries waste raw materials in such a way that we will run out of some materials in a few decades. Instead of producing goods (cars, computers, etc.) that last long often the opposite happens. World trade: what is the need to import technology from other continents if they can be produced on one‘s own continent. Huge resources are being wasted for this kind of transportation. Each continent should be economically self-sufficient. Only items that cannot be produced on a continent should be imported. Capitalism: individual ownership of huge properties leaves it to the owners what and how materials are being produced. Such owners are often not interested in the welfare of human society and other species. Many economic activities at present contribute to a worsening of the ecological situation. War, torture and similar human activities: only a deep change in feeling and thinking of the major part of the human population will stop this endless chain of cruelties. The slave systems and colonialism of the past got replaced by a capitalistic system that mercilessly exploits poor countries. A worker in a Third World country works as hard or harder as someone in the affluent countries but gets a tiny loan in comparison to his/her Western counterparts. Many of the items that are in use here in the West are being produced under such deplorable conditions in Asia, Latin America or Africa. Magnetic field and lithosphere: the many unnecessary changes on the Earth‘s surface that happened during the last 100 years altered the planet‘s magnetic field and the related lithosphere. There are future predictions that tell about a shift of the geographical and magnetic poles during the life of the present generations. The unnecessary changes of the environment will be the main cause for the event. Chet B. Snow‘s “Mass Dreams Of The Future“ and Shrii Shrii Anandamurti‘s two discourses on pole-shift and on a coming ice age (can be found on www dot brahmacakra dot blogspot dot com) are two of several sources for this. As far as I know the long predicted spiritual age will unfold after the shifting of the poles. It is supposed to last 1000 years. During this time the majority of people who live on the planet will be capable to maintain the planet in a healthy condition. Afterwards God will put human beings to Earth who don‘t have enough awareness. Humanity will die out 500 years after the spiritual age has ended. Spirituality is a science. You have enough resources and man power to find this out. Use your influence to get it published as electronic version. As most of you will know I am member of the international socio-spiritual organization Ananda Marga. The many books of the founder of Ananda Marga, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, are deliberately kept away from the public. When I contacted the publications department of Ananda Marga and asked them to publish electronic versions of the perhaps 130 books of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti on Amazon the only two available books there quickly disappeared. Spiritual practice: spirituality is mostly transcendental and can be understood only if a person practises silent meditation and kiirtan. Every human being has the ability to develop his/her clairvoyant potential. Systematically done, this will substantially contribute to make a human being into a better being. Through spiritual practice a person will establish a firm connection to the levels of his/her causal mind that are the source of all knowledge. The three levels of our causal mind are part of the different levels of God‘s mind. With his books Shrii Shrii Anandamurti has created the basis for a spiritual society. Enclosed are some important books of him. Science of microvita: the world as we perceive it with the help of our sensory organs(eyes etc.) is a relative reality. Take a stone as example: if we could see a stone as it really is we would see innumerable atoms (protons, nucleons, electrons) in permanent movement. Who has constructed our mind/body system (including the sensory organs) in such a way that we perceive a world that is just but a reflection of many small particles. Certainly not a blind nature. Only an intelligent being can have created this colourful, multi-dimensional world: God. Each atom has several million much smaller paricles as a basis (see enclosed book “Microvitum In A Nutshell“). These particles are mental, they are part of the mind of God. Those that are the basis of solid matter, for example, are very static; they move in slow-motional speed. Whereas the most subtle ones (siddha microvita, vidyadhara microvita, gandharva microvita) are much faster than the speed of light. A number of problems on our planet can only be solved in a nice way if this science of microvita gets systematically explored: gravitation can be overcome; new forms of energy can be detected and applied to replace fossile fuels and nuclear energy; spaceships can be developed to get resources from the other planets of the solar system. New forms of medicine will be developed that will replace allopathic medicine with all its negative side effects. Homeopathic medicine (undeveloped science on Earth) is an example of applied microvita science. Samuel Hahnemann, its founder, was a clairvoyant and perceived microvita to some extent. As I wrote on my Facebook page viruses belong to the crudest types of microvita. They are of a mental nature. As such they can be removed from our psychophysical system through spiritual practice, mostly through kiirtan, that has considerably more influence than silent meditation on the physical side of life. Science has given the different corona variants letters of the Greek alphabet. The most recent one got the letter omicron. Om is the sound produced by the most subtle type of microvita (siddha). Developed spiritualists have perceived it at all times in history. It is this type of microvita that has the power to remove a virus from the physical body. It comes into existence in the human system through kiirtan and silent meditation. As mentioned in my texts, many in Ananda Marga are convinced that Shrii Shrii Anandamurti was God in human form. Enclosed is a list of the around 55 books that exist about his life. I have read 30 of them. If you go sufficiently deep into this literature you will at least realize that Shrii Shrii Anandamurti was a spiritual giant. In Ac. Pranatvakamananda‘s 2 volumes “The Advent of a Mystery“ (available at Amazon as electronic edition) is a positive comment by Uri Geller, one of the most famous psychics of our time). Before time came into being the Supreme Soul of God existed without a mind (Buddhism calls this state of existence Nirvana – cessation of activities). This Supreme Soul used a until then inactive force (Prakrti in sanskrit) to first create a mind for Himself. At first a subjective mind (Mahatattva and Ahamtattva), then a objective mind. The universe with all its different dimensions is part of the objective mind of God. The so-called “Big Bang“ and all that came afterwards was the last part of the development of the Cosmic objective mind. The major part of God‘s soul is beyond time and space (Nirguna Brahma). Saguna Brahma is the term for God within time and space. The form of government in a spiritual society is a purely parliamentary democracy. Large and important companies are in the hands of the state or, like television, are controlled by the largest social groups (political parties, trade unions, religions, etc.). Medium-sized companies are run in a co-operative way (all employees of the company are owners). Small enterprises are privately owned. The economy in a spiritual society is welfare oriented (in contrast to profit oriented capitalism). Example: at present a car gets defective after 10-15 years; technology makes it possible to build cars that last 40-50 years. Hydrogen run engines should be the future. Other example: many plastics loose their stability and function after a few years. It is possible to produce plastic and other synthetical materials that last a few decades. As this organisation sells its spiritual practices relatively few people practise them. The first five meditation lessons of Ananda Marga meditation are ideal for those who want to do longer meditations. Unfortunately hardly anyone knows A.M.You politicians have much influence. You can influence and persuade the leadership of these two organisations to make their meditation (mantra) lessons public. A good and well functioning mantra comes from God. The spiritual master of Transcendental Meditation‘s founder, Maharisi Mahesh Yogi, was probably the one who was taught the mantras from God.If the founder of Ananda Marga, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, was God one can only find out if one reads the majority of the about 130 books that got published until now and the about 40 books that exist about him and his life. These books (digital form) should also be freely available for everyone interested. At present it is almost impossible for persons outside of Ananda Marga to get the books.Please do something to have the meditations published in the internet.Here are the 16 basic Sanskrit mantras of Transcendental Meditation. The term can be translated as meaning "spiritually adept“.) imagines the vast blue sky that is above him/her. This phase should last about 10 minutes.Second phase: the sadhaka imagines a small point of light that enters the big toe of the right foot and moves up inside the leg up-to the bottom of the spine, the same happens with the left foot/leg. The point of light then moves up the spine to the crown of the head. From there it jumps to the specific cakra of the sadhaka. This phase also lasts 10 minutes.Third phase: Now the mantra as described in my “October 2019“ text gets (mentally) repeated and the sadhaka imagines that this point of light becomes one with the mind of God. No time limit for this third phase. At a certain point of one‘s spiritual development it is possible to compress one‘s mind into a tiny point of light, leave the body through one of the higher cakras and experience oneness with God.Half an hour or one hour kiirtan plus regular meditation helps much to become a better human being.In Ananda Marga the meditation lessons get taught incorrectly as the present generation of Ananda Marga acaryas (meditation teacher) has little experience with the transcendental side of life.On my Facebook page (Yogendra Bauer) one can find two more meditations. His behavior was adjusted to this necessity.In 1971, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti was imprisoned in India for having allegedly given instructions to murder some former Ananda Marga members. On the 12th of February he was poisoned through the prison doctor. On 1st April, after recovering his health, Sarkar began fasting in support of a demand for an inquest into his poisoning. That demand was never met. So he continued his fast for the next five years, four months, and two days, until 2 August 1978 when he was released from jail after having been acquitted of all charges. In prison there were more attempts to kill him. On June 25, 1975, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi proclaimed a state of emergency in India. The state of emergency lasted for 21 months until March 21, 1977, during which time fundamental rights such as freedom of the press were suspended or restricted, numerous opposition figures were imprisoned and the prime minister ruled largely by decree. The period of the state of emergency is one of the most controversial in modern Indian history. When Jimmy Carter became US president pressure was put in Mrs.Gandhi to re-establish democratic rights. In the March 1977 general election, the Indira Gandhi-led Congress Party suffered a heavy defeat, the first major defeat in its history, which marked the end of the state of emergency.This emergency happened mostly to be able to keep Shrii Shrii Anandamurti in prison without trial and to destroy Ananda Marga.The murders (see above) happened as a consequence of the following: some of the Ananda Marga acaryas were undercover agents of the Indian secret service. One of them went to a real acarya and told him that Shrii Shrii Anandamurti had given this instruction. Without verifying it from Shrii Shrii Anandamurti directly the “instruction“ was executed. From sometime around 1970 Ananda Marga had become a target of world politics.In 1985, when there was the danger that real acaryas in his close environment would be poisoned Shrii Shrii Anandamurti replaced them by undercover agent acaryas. The consequence was that between 1985 and 1990 he was given about 2 kilogram of poison in innumerable attempts to stop his work. Only when his task on Earth was done, he allowed his body to die.Shrii Shrii Anandamurti did not need to prepare his discourses. He gave them without ever haven written anything in this regard. It was the same with the 5018 spiritual songs he gave between 1982 and 1990.He was capable to use all traditional occult powers: show the past and future of his disciples, heal people and much more. Some of the leading people of capitalism‘s dark structure may be found if one looks who owns the Federal Reserve System. They were in contact with a Tibetan sect that had contact with a particular negative world of the beyond. At the end of the second world war around 1000 dead Tibetans were found in Berlin. All had committed suicide. However, the two authors are not entirely honest: they write that these magical Nazis were Satanists. This is not correct. A real Satanist tries to establish a contact to the worst of the negative worlds of the beyond. Its inhabitants, due to their cruelty don‘t look human any more; they all have a demonic look. This Tibetan sect and some of the Nazis were in contact with a different world of the beyond. The inhabitants there were exclusively racists. A tiny portion of the German Nazis ended up there after their physical death. This world of racists has been existing the last 10-12000 years. It came into existence at the end of the last major pole shift (the end of the last ice age). Its first inhabitants were the white extraterrestrial colonizers that formed the top of the then administration of our part of the universe.What Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier don‘t mention in their book is that deep inside the dark structure behind the capitalistic system is a very secret satanic circle. Through a bloody and cruel ritual Satanists establish contact to the satanic world inside our planet and make it possible for one of its members to come to the place of this ritual.In some archaeological sites worldwide places were found that were clearly places of regular ritual killings (innumerable skulls were found) to establish contact to an underworld.Reading one of the biographies of Aleister Crowley you can get some information about thinking and emotional setup of a Satanist. If you have an emotional relationship with someone you will meet this person in 6 or 7 incarnations (varying social relations). Criminals leave the planet of their crimes as God does not want them to repeat their mistakes. Also famous people usually leave this solar system and incarnate on another planet. There are many inhabitants of the worlds of the beyond that have spent their last physical life on the planets of other solar systems. Many members of the highest worlds of the beyond (siddha devayonis in Ananda Marga terminology) help God. Among the present generation of siddha devayonis are Count of St.Germain, Sanat Kumara, Lahiri Mahasaya and Sri Yukteshvar (both mentioned in “Autobiography of a Yogi“ by Paramahansa Yogananda). The main person behind the theosophic movement, the clairvoyant Helena Blavatsky (1831-1891)The Secret Doctrine: The Synthesis of Science, Religion and Philosophy was in contact with siddha devayonis of the Asian tradition (El Morya, Djwal Kul and Kuthumi. The following text is a condensed reflection of my understanding of the near future. It is based on my reading of about 100 books and magazines on future prophesies and my intuitional perception:Since about 2008 we are in the “Age of Aquarius“. Various predictions state that the full unfoldment of this age will be preceded by a series of catastrophes, with a major shift of the geographical poles as the final happening. There seems to be a very short(6-7 days) world war before. Two of the major signs before the pole-shift are the eruption of Mount Vesuvius (Italy) and the sinking of the major part of California into the Pacific ocean. It is said that a passing by comet will cause this shifting of the poles. At present a comet named “Turtle-Tuttle“ is in our solar system. It passes by every 3500 years. After Shrii Krsna had left Earth about 3500 years ago it seems that a minor poleshift has made his kingdom sinking into the Indian ocean. Some comets have an astrological effect on life on Earth. Comet “Halley“ seems to have been “burnt“ while leaving our solar system the last time (1990-91). Shrii Shrii Anandamurti gave a discourse on poleshift and one on a coming ice age. (The discourses are at www.brahmacakra.blogspot.com). These two happenings are parts of the same event: several major changes in the solar system. After the poleshift the length of the day will have changed, and the Earth will be further away from the sun. Sunrise seems to be in the west, not in the east anymore. I personally guess that Mars will be closer to the sun than Earth after the pole-shift.Humanity has changed the surface of the planet very much during the last 100 years. As a consequence the magnetic field of Earth got significantly weakened. Our lithosphere is closely related to the magnetic field and will drastically change with the pole shift, i.e. the present continents will be partly under water and new land will rise from the oceans.After the pole- shift humanity seems to come in contact with the administration of this universe. Maya (Sanskrit) is the force that God uses to create this universe . Human being is the only being that has the ability to escape from its influence.When one is asleep one regularly experiences dreams. Most of our dreams are fantasy. Some, however, are related to reality: we get connected to people we know, sometimes even to people we knew in our last life on another planet. Usually we don‘t remember most of these dreams.Our awake physical life is similar: it is a psycho- physical dream (Maya). With the help of Vidya Tantric practices and much effort we have the chance to escape from this dream. The goal is to become fully awakened and to permanently experience our Real Self, the Atman, and the Supreme Self, Paramatman; and at the end of our life to become one with Paramatman and experience permanent supreme bliss.Only when we are fully awakened it is possible to understand the relative reality. As long as we are under the influence of Maya we are in a state of dreaming. Of course, this psycho-physical dream is subject to other laws than the dreams we have at night. It is “real“, but it is a relative, illusionary reality.Shrii Shrii Anandamurti once indicated that if one has only half an hour per day for spiritual practice, one should do20 minutes Kiirtan and 10 minutes meditation. This is, of course, not enough to escape from the dream of our life. But it indicates that with the help of much Kiirtan it is easier to develop spiritually.The so-called “Third Eye“ through which it is possible to see transcendental things is actually the fifth eye. The third mental eye is part of an upa-cakra just below the sixth cakra. The mental eye of the sixth cakra is the fourth mental eye. Through this eye we see all events and objects of our present life (memories, fantasies etc). Just above the sixth cakra is one more upa-cakra. Through the mental eye of this upa-cakra it is possible to perceive the worldly transcendental side of existence. These two upa-cakras are difficult to access as usually the over-activity of our sixth cakra creates a vibration in this area of the forehead that prevents as from perceiving the upa-cakras and their mental eyes. An extremely sincere yogic life can change this.As I have mentioned in the text “October 2019“ once in our 28 lives as human being we have an additional cakra in the center of our forehead. This makes it significantly easier for someone to have access to the worldly transcendental side of life. God has done this to give the societies on the various inhabited planets a better link to transcendence. This cakra has like the Guru Cakra (which is on top of the forehead) usually a diameter of 2 millimeters. It can be developed into a cakra of about 2 centimeters diameter.Through the mental eye of the Guru Cakra it is possible to perceive the Supreme Cosmic Soul (Paramatman).Our psycho-physical (relative) reality is like a movie (that includes the mind), with our real self, the Atman, as observer. VIPRAS, SADVIPRAS AND SADVIPRA SAMAJ There are 4 mental groups in a society: shudras, ksattriyas, vaeshyas and vipras. Normally, on a somewhat developed planet, ksattriyas are the biggest group. On stone age planets the biggest group are shudras. Here on Earth, in all countries, the ksattriyan group is the biggest. In countries with a developed educational system there are more vipras than in countries without a good educational system. In Ananda Marga also ksattriyans form the biggest group.Sadvipra Samaj, our future, will be different. The vipra group will increase significantly. At times it might be the largest part of the human society. The spiritual society, that Baba, and not only HIM, has predicted, will inevitably come. Ananda Marga and the human society as a whole will become huge educational institutions: the standard of education will be significantly higher than it has been so far.Spiritual life and education will be the pillars of society. Schools, universities and libraries will become much more important than they are today. The majority of society will lead a spiritual life. Sadvipra Samaj will be a benevolent democratic rule. People will have realized that it is much more important to give than to take.A Sadvipra is a person who is exclusively engaged in selfless activities: karma, jinana and bhakti yoga. It is only Sadvipras who can form the base of a purely spiritual society.It is easier for a vipra to attain liberation as his/her understanding of spirituality and the sciences related to spirituality is better. Also ksattriyas and vaeshyas can attain liberation. However, they should make efforts to become vipras as society will benefit more from the activities of spiritual vipras. Shudras will have to develop into one of the 3 other groups in order to get liberation.A warrior is a ksattriya, but most ksattriyas are non- warriors. These are people who have less intellect than vipras,but are capable to lead an independent, self-determined life. Shudras are simple-minded people who are dependent on others for guidance. On stone age planets the vast majority are shudras. On medieval planets they also form a relatively big group.
